+ -1 moreThe Stergis employee to whom I spoke was very helpful with my computer problem. We verbally went through a number of options for addressing my issue (old Mac from which I need to extract files). In the end she suggested I clean my computer in a particular way to see if I could get the floppy drive working again. And it worked! She probably spend 15 minutes on the phone with me, no one she knew, and didn't get any reimbursement. If I need computer work again I'm going to go here!
Description of Work: A woman from Stergis returned my call left as voicemail.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY GOOD WITH THEIR WORK. THEY TOLD ME WHEN THEY WOULD HAVE MY COMPUTER DONE AND WHAT IT WAS GOING TO COST AHEAD OF TIME. THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED VIRUSES AND REINSTALLED PROGRAMS ONTO MY COMPUTER.
