I will sure have a positive review when the time comes for the rebuild of my system.

This company was referred to me by another. When I contacted the company, Michael whom I believe is the owner, was initially very responsive, calling back quickly and answering all my questions pleasantly and profesionally. We set up a time for him to come over to provide an estimate. I mentioned that I was getting multiple estimates at which point HE HUNG UP ON ME. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, thinking his cell phone may have lost reception, I called back several times to his cell number and his office number, leaving messages and getting no response. On a hunch, I used another phone to make a call to his cell at which point he answered promptly and pleasantly. Upon hearing my name, he cut me off and said "you need to find somebody else." What kind of service provider doesn't expect that a home owner would get multiple bids and who so rudely hangs up on potential clients but I'm glad he did. This way, I know to never use his company. I never thought this company would take the time to respond so I just noticed this today. NONE of what they said is true. I was neither rude nor demanding; never asked to speak to the owner. Complete fabrication. My review stands: do not use them.
