Gabriel was terrific! Did an excellent job Repairing the tile in my bathroom.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They make appointments and then don’t show up. They ignore phone calls and emails.They make promises to fix things and then refuse to stay true to their word. Gabriel is dishonest and disrespectful of the customer’s time. The owner, Jose Navarro, doesn’t respond to phone calls or emails related to customer service issues, but has plenty of time to send bills through email. I hired them to redo the work of a previous contractor with the hopes that the work and experience would make me feel better about paying for a bathroom remodel twice, but working with this company has been a nightmare. I saw a negative review about them and ignored it. I’ll know better next time. Buyer beware!

I thought their prompt customer service and ability to schedule us quickly was too good to be true at first. Then they delivered a spectacular tile installation on time! I cannot thank Lupe, our installer enough. He ran up and downstairs from a small bathroom for five consecutive days. He cut tile outside our garage in the rain....and continued to work through a power outage with manual tools. He even cleaned up and swept before he left each day even though he was returning the next day. They successfully completed our install and we could not be happier.

Gabriel and Enrique were flexible with my schedule. They were always on time and the quality of their work was really impressive. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone I know.

Under NO circumstances hire this business!! They seem nice at first, but they are not. They shouldn't be allowed in a nice home. They did my kitchen floor and complained that I was loosing them money because they had to move my stove (and chipped the paint on my door trim in their rushing)! This, after they did two walk-throughs and commented on the stove. Estimated that it would take a day (which I didn't think they could do) and it took a day and a half. Not complaining about that, but they rushed and inadvertently took one of my personal tools with them when they left. They're now saying that I owe them another $400 to get the tool back (it's been two weeks!). Terrible experience! They shouldn't be in business!!

Jose and his guys just finished a three bathroom remodel job for us. The crew is outstanding. They are all very professional, know their stuff, show up on time, extremely clean and courteous and easy to work with. Jose is involved every step of the way. Giovanni, his supervisor, is a master of all, from tile, to wet mop to plumbing. Walter did an excellent job with the 12x24 tile for our shower walls, the pebble floor and decorative glass tile in our new 42x60 inch shower. Averial installed two ceiling fans that had no electrical. The resulting dry wall and painting was like it never even happened. I had been dreading this remodel and interviewed four other contractors before hiring Jose. We hit the jackpot with them and I would highly recommend them.

The owner Jose was involved in every aspect. Courteous and professional are just a few words to describe this company. The were prompt and kept me updated and informed at all times. As for the work, they installed shower tile in my master bathroom. Everyone who has seen it gives rave reviews. My plumber, glass door co. and my daughter who is a designer were blown away!!!!!! I would recommend this co. to anyone. You will NOT be disappointed. Dianne Newland

Price was a little high for this small project, but the quality of work was good, they started and completed the project quickly, and a small finishing issue was resolved by Jose personally very quickly. I would definitely recommend Ocean Tile.

Great Job! Jose's guys did a wonderful job on laying my porcelain tiles. If I had any questions or concerns, Jose was quick to take care of it. If you're looking for a Contractor to do a Great job with a reasonable price and taking pride in cleaning up after the job is complete, look no further! I found my tile guy!

Ocean Marble did a great job remodeling my old fiber glass shower into a beautiful tile and travertine shower. I was able to save a lot of money by buying all the materials myself and Jose helped me to get all the right stuff. His labor rates were much cheaper than the big box stores and the quality was excellent. Even the shower door installer was impressed with the quality and how easy he made it to install the door. His crew was very professional and I had no problems leaving them in my home while at work or running errands. Great job!

Jose oversaw the project from start to finish. He was extremely helpful in finding us a company that took care of a custom sized shower door. I will call him for any other tile projects we may have in the future.

I called Jose to repair a mistake by another contractor. Jose was excellent with follow-up and very courteous on the phone. He came prepared for the work, including a prepared invoice based on our agreement. He was focused, thorough, and kept his work area clean and safe. He was very comforting and confident in his skillset. The finished product was outstanding. He was precise and delivered under the original estimated amount of time.
