Ocean Marble & Tile

Ocean Marble & Tile really did a great job tiling my bathroom wall. Gabriel was very responsive to messages leading up the installation. He answered all my questions. Hugo did the installation in a day and a half. He left no mess, and everything looks perfectly spaced and level. I was also happy with the price. I would recommend them.

They did an amazing installation job for us! The Herringbone pattern came out wonderful & Hugo was a great installer. The job was done on time and all interactions were professional and friendly. We would recommend this company. Our job was only about 160 square feet so it was a small job and many other companies would not consider doing it.

Had a great experience with Ocean Marble and Tile. They were extremely helpful, and worked with me to re-tile my kitchen floor. The quality of work was superb and I ended up with a beautiful new floor after just a couple days. A few days later I ended up breaking a tile on my counter while I was replacing my sink, and OM&T were willing to come right back and help me with that as well. Thanks so much Gabriel and Hugo.

My experience with ocean marble and tile was outstanding. The quality of the work was excellent as was the customer service. A big part of my satisfaction with that experience was the project manager, Gabriel Figueroa. He was at the site just about daily overseeing the work and was a great help with other issues that arose during my renovation with other contractors. I felt like he was always looking out for me. Gabriel Figueroa was the Project Manager on my job. This was a challenging bathroom project following unsatisfactory work over a span of one year. Working with Ocean/Gabriel after the Lowe's fiasco was a joy from start to a beautiful completion. Gabriel is professional, courteous, overseeing daily his team's work with an ever-watchful, detail-oriented (bonus, artistic) eye. My wood flooring near the work site were not covered so it was dirtied with thin set mortar and grout during tile installation on wall. However, Pedro was very diligent in wiping off the mess (I had to personally repolish after).

crew was able to start project immediately. Crew picked up materials I had pre-ordered and paid, brought to the job site and begin work immediately. did all the work in a timely matter. After job was completed, cleaned up and left the job site clean and orderly. Will consider for future projects. Was one of 3 installers bidding. They were lowest bidders but did an excellent job. Recommend to others considering similar work.

Reliable, timely.

Ocean Marble and Tile did a tiled shower and wainscoting for me. Gabriel, my contact was super kind and kept good communication throughout the process. The job took a few days longer to finish than was originally quoted, but I feel that the quality of the finished product more than made up for it. I’m glad they didn’t rush (walls were bowed, tricky) but rather took their time to do it right. Would definitely do business with them again.

Gabriel, Hugo & John responded quickly to any questions I had. Made sure that sub-floor in my bathroom was good, checked out all of the soft spots. Assured me that all was well. Project was done basically in a day and a half. I thought it would take a lot more time. Gabriel returned and put in baseboard and job was complete.

good work, fast completion of job

The tile floor installation is good. The problem is they left the room needing a new paint job. Grout and dirt from the cementing process was all over the walls and cabinets. They also left the closet doors in the hall and never rehung them. They promised to come back and clean the walls and cabinets but never did and are now avoiding my calls and texts. Too bad because the work was good just EXTREMELY sloppy and very POOR customer service!

Ocean Marble and Tile far exceeded our expectations. Great quality at a fair price. It is clear to see the pride these guys take in the work they perform. The personal touch in helping decide which details can be added to make it our own was priceless. We will be recommending Ocean Tile and Marble to our friends!
