+ -1 moreAsked them to provide maintenance service on an existing alarm system. I had to call back three times to remind them that they had made a commitment to provide the service. When I finally reached ''Terry'' the serviceman, he spoke in circles, wasting my time, until he gave me the bottom line...they weren't interested in the job. When I complained to his office that he had wasted my time and that he acted like an idiot...he called me back and called me an "*expletive*".

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE HARD WORKERS, AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY took THE TIME, AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
Description of Work: It IS $75 per quarter FOR MONITORING. THEY SWITCHED OUT THE BOX, AND UPGRADED THE SYSTEM.
