Description of Work: I asked Juan if he repaired or replaced grout work. His response was no because "it is too much work". I didn't go any further. It's proving difficult to get anyone to do any of the work I need. I promise you it does not involve quantum physics. Looks like I'm going to have to do the grout work myself.
