Juan's Tile

He was a superb provider. He did a wonderful job. The jobs needed to be done very quickly and he was able to do them. It was sort of like next day service. He was flexible in being able to work to my schedule. I had a washer and dryer being installed and I wanted everything done in that area before I did the install. It was a tight deadline but they were able to accommodate us. They did a good job and the quality and workmanship were good and well done.

I called Juan from a deployment to the middle east and asked if he could coordinate with my roommate to complete the tile work needed in my bathroom. Juan was more than willing to help and contacted my roommate immediately to coordinate a time to provide an estimate. Juan's estimate came in lower than any other company which, coupled with reviews from Angie's list gave me the confidence that he was the man for the job. We have had two of Juan's employees working for three days now who have done a great job so far and are very polite and professional. I would absolutely recommend Juan's tile service to anyone.

The grout between the bath tub and the tiled wall was in bad condition. Based on Angie's List reviews, I decided to give Juan a call. Because of the large distance between my house and Juan's address, I had some doubts as to whether he would be interested in coming here to do a small job. Juan said that he was going to be doing some work the next day in the county where I live so after that work was done, He can do the grout work for me. Juan arrived on time. He removed the old grout and replaced it with new. He did an excellent job.

Very happy with the results, wish we used him on our other bathroom. Would recommend. Very respectful and great about the clean up and making sure our wood floors were protected.

It was a relatively small job and Juan did a beautiful job. We are extremely pleased with the results and had a great work experience. He finished everything in one day..very neat and clean and quiet while working. I already have him lined up for another tile job!

He gave an accurate estimate and was prompt, neat and very reasonable.

Juan showed up 10 early to our appointment for a estimate and 15 minutes early for the job. He was able to effect repairs with a minimum of demolition and found some other work needed (re-grouting the sinks and back splash) and simply through it in to the job because he felt bad about charging us his minimum for the tile work. he was quick, very skilled, super clean and very professional. I would use him again and highly recommend him to anyone.

We contacted Juan on a Saturday and he was able to come out on Monday morning. Juan was prompt, cleaned the work area prior to leaving and he did an excellent job.

The experience was as discussed with Juan. His knowledge and expertise were key and his detail and craftmanship were outstanding.

Juan was easy to reach and very responsive for even a small job. We needed a few tiles repaired in a bathroom shower stall. Juan did a great job and we will definitely call him again for tile work.

I left a message for Juan, and he called me back about an hour later to set up a time to view my existing patio. He met with my wife and provided a reasonable quote. I purchased the tile from Lowe's and had it delivered; he provided everything else. He and his guys were prompt and courteous and did the job quickly. Lowe's didn't quite have enough tile in stock at the store I ordered from (despite stating otherwise). Juan volunteered to pick up the rest while I was at work and patch up the last corner on a second day. He also came by again to take a final look at the end result, which we're very happy with. All of this while sticking to his original quote and waiting a couple weeks for final payment (as we were out of town when he finished). Couldn't have been a better experience, will definitely use him again.

There was a problem in the shower, we had a plumber come out and he said that he couldn't fix it unless we had someone remove the tile of the shower floor to access the problem. I had one guy come out that was referred by a friend who checked it out and said he would get back to me with an estimate and then fell off the face of the Earth. I then joined this site to find a tile setter and chose Juan because of all his excellent reviews. Anyway, Juan came the same day I called him to look at it and gave me a price. That same week he had the problematic part of the shower demo'd, had his own plumber come and do the plumbing work, had his own hot-mopping guy come in and do his thing, and then re-tiled the shower with the tile we bought from Band W Tile in Gardena (a place he recommended for old tile to match the tile in the bathroom). This house needs a lot of work and I've been dealing with several contractors of all different trades in the past couple months. So far Juan has been the only one who shows up when he says he will, does a thorough job, and charges a fair price. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for tile work. His plumber (who is also his nephew) is equally reliable and skilled. The shower now works perfectly and looks even better than before.

Juan returned our call immediately, unlike other companies we called, and he gave us a free estimate. He and his co-worker were prompt and courteous and did a wonderful job. The old 70s tile had been laid directly on the wood sub-floor so they had a lot of prep work to do before laying the new tile. Unfortunately, grout around 4 tiles cracked before it set properly but Juan repaired it right away and told us that if we have any problems in the future to just call him and he'll take care of it. We've had no other problems and are so happy with the new floor. We have future plans to add tile in other areas so we'll definitely be using Juan and his team again.

Juan met with me to provide an estimate the day after I called him regarding his services. Both his pricing and timing estimates were more than reasonable, so I contracted his services. Juan's crew quickly removed both the existing tile flooring and backsplashes, cleaned the area and began re-tiling. All of the workers were thorough, conscientious and pleasant. Ultimately, the job was completed 2 days earlier and $200 less than the original estimate. The results are phenomenal. I would hire Juan again for any future tiling job and recommend him to everyone I know.

Juan responded to my first call quickly, and was over to estimate the project within a day. He came with a very reasonable bid, and made several recommendations on our overall plan which were very helpful. Juan and his crew were very professional, worked hard and fast, and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the attention to detail, including things i would have never thought to ask for, like aligning the grout lines to the tile inside our house for aesthetics, and adding edge tiling to even the smallest areas. Juan communicated very clearly, took nothing for granted, finished when he said he would, and was very friendly. We were so impressed with his work we asked Juan mid-job to do a tile backsplash in our kitchen that we had been putting off - he did it the same as he did the patio - quick, cheap, and with great attention to detail. Would highly recommend Juan and his work to any of my friends.

Juan is a true artist. The backsplash is amazing. He adeptly installed around a window sill. Without any prompting he hand crafted a beautiful border for the tile (which ended in the middle of a wall so we could do something different behind the stove). He was on time and left the place spotless SPOTLESS when he left. Price was very reasonable too. If you need tile done, call Juan immediately!

This is my second job with Juan and therefore second review -- larger in cost/scope than the first bathroom tiling project he did. It was a start to finish bathroom remodel. He did a beautiful job for a very fair price, and added some things in that he did not charge extra for that I was not expecting. He also fixed an error on my other bathroom that another contractor had messed up, for no additional charge. He stands behind his word and provides very high quality work.

Juan and his crew did such an outstanding job on my bathroom. From the first phone call he was professional and easy to work with. He was flexible with me when some tile was delayed in arriving, and had such a wonderful attitude. The job took about 8 days, and from start to finish I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

He gave me a date when he could start and actually started a day early. The work was performed in a timely and professional manner and the price was reasonable. I would definitely hire him again.

I cannot sing Juan's Tile enough praise! Juan and his team are the tops in excellence and quality.They installed a Saltillo Tile Patio floor and there is not one thing that I can find not up to par! I have worked with contractors both personally and professionally for over 20 years and rank Juan up at the top. His team did such a wonderful job and there were no problems or issues with anything. I would have Juan do more work for me in a heartbeat.
