Juan did several small projects for me and one large project. He did a little plumbing, painting and moulding work around an existing cabinet. He also installed tile in a large room for me. He did an excellent job, helped me save a lot of money on the tile (he actually found the tile for $4 less per sf. Juan is so kind and easy to communicate with. He listens well to my needs and problem solves in a collaborative way. His prices can't be beat! He saved me $700 on the tile project from other bids I had gotten. He cleaned up after the project and even helped me to cut up and dispose of old materials. I will hire him for future projects.
