+ -1 moreI HAVEN'T HAD A LOT OF DIRECT EXPERIENCE, BUT WHEN WE'VE HAD ISSUES WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET THEM TO ADDRESS IT. THEY'VE DONE A FINE JOB ON A PRETTY LARGE SCALE PROJECT.
Description of Work: THEY DO THE WEEDING, TRIMMING, IRRIGATION, AND REPLACE THINGS THAT ARE NOT DOING WELL.

+ -1 moreTHEY'RE NOT TOO BAD. WHEN THEY SAY THEY'RE COMING AT A CERTAIN TIME, THEY'RE ALMOST NEVER ON TIME. WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME, YOU'D SIT AROUND WONDERING WHETHER THEY'D COME TODAY OR COME TOMORROW.
Description of Work: THEY PUT A NEW LAWN IN THE BACK YARD AND THEY TOOK CARE OF MY ROSEBUSHES AND MY WHOLE FLOWER BED. IT NEEDED A LOT OF WORK, I GUESS, LIKE VITAMINS AND SUCH.

+ -1 moreIT'S NOT BAD. YOU JUST GO WITH THE FLOW. IT GOT TO THE POINT WHERE THEY KNEW WHERE THE HOUSE WAS AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO SIT AND WAIT ON THEM. THEY KNEW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF PLANTS. THEY KNEW WHAT YOU NEEDED AND THEN THEY TOOK CARE OF IT. I LEARNED A LOT FROM THEM.
Description of Work: THEY TOOK CARE OF MY ROSEBUSHES AND MY LILIES. THEY TRIMMED MY GRASS AND MY FERNS.
