When other plumbers had given up and said, "Tear out your patio". Ugh. These guys came through with modern equipment and got out the root tangles in a few hours. Super impressed with the guys. Very professional and they know what they are doing. I tried the usual southbay plumbers first but only these guys knew what to do.

Was able to make a quick appointment after securing the deal. Juan was quick and efficient. Blockage cleared and sink running great after a quick snake of the drain.

I hired Drain-Force Plumbing to inspect my front yard drainage system. After discovering that whole sections of downspout and pipe were 100% impacted with root and dirt, we knew hydro-jetting was not the solution. Juan and his crew spent 4 days replacing the system, meticulously removing and replacing landscape (including decorative rock) to get to and replace all the pipes. Where posible, they used trenchless pipe replacement. By the time they left, everything was brand new, and you would never had known they were here. Thanks guys!

Expensive - 1 yr warranty for clogs so review on that is time will tell

Everything went great! My tenant called late Friday night needing his kitchen sink unclogged. Tried my regular plumber but they couldn't make it out on a Saturday, would have had to wait until Monday. Saw Drain-Force Plumbing had a $49 deal for drain cleaning, called them up and scheduled for Saturday morning. Was a little concerned that the price was too good and was worried they might be unreliable or "invent" some other problems but no, they came out as scheduled, cleared my tenant's drain and charged me $49. What a deal. Happy tenant, happy landlord. I have many properties in the area and will definitely be calling these guys in the future.

Very pleased overall. The initial scope of work was for clearing clogged pipe + video inspection. Upon finding that the pipe was crushed, Drain Force immediately and effectively communicated the issue and presented different options to solve. Once the expanded scope of work was approved, they got to work very quickly and completed the job within the next 14 hours. Communication was excellent throughout.

All communication was done via email and I was not at home when the service was performed so it's difficult to give much detail in this review. The slow draining issue I had did go away. However Quality was given N/A until we see how long this holds up. TBD.

The work that they did was great, they were able to fix and replace all damaged pipes, big job since they have to break into the concrete, they were able to get the color of the new cement to matched the old and existing cement color, they came close. The boy's were polite, clean and neat, it was a good experience with the price being fare

Drain Force was prompt and professional. They cleaned up and maintained a clean work site. The repair went smoothly and methodically. I had an Issue with the way the tile was cut around the drain assembly but I am generally pleased with the work. I had wished the drain was square to match the tile cuts. I think the situation could have improved with better communication before the tile was laid. The issue was mostly resolved by purchasing a wider faceplate to hide the awkward tile cuts. Not the most optimal way to solve this but I'm okay with it. The other work were well done and done according to plan.

In and out in less than 1/2 hour but charged $350

We originally purchased the hydro jetting however due to the way the pipes were he was unable to complete the hydro jetting so he snaked the drain we were having issues with. Juan was very responsive, punctual and personable. We felt he was honest and didn't try to see up-sell to additional services that were not needed. We will definitely hire him again

The service was very good. The team was punctual and installed the cleanout, plus sewer pipe change in the stated time-period. I think it was a bit costly, but well-done work.

(1) Used trenchless system to replace the old clay pipe with an 80-foot length of PVC, from house to sidewalk. Also installed sewer cleanout in the driveway. This required one cement block of the driveway to be excavated and replaced. (2) Then lined the portion of the sewerline under the street up to the city main (about 40 feet) with a resin liner to repel roots and prevent future problems caused by pipe offset at joint.

Very well except for the price. The new hot water heater was about $700 but the labor cost put the total price at $1500. I was told this was standard in the plumbing community and I believe him. But if it is so, then plumbers make appx. $350 per hour to install hot water heaters. I find this to be way too high. I was told it's a set price and not an hourly rate but for not quite 2 hrs. of work that's what it comes out to. My dentist and doctor to charge such rates. I understand plumbers are highly trained, but not that much.

Clog-Pro exceeded what other plumbers have done in the past on the same job. They got ALL the roots and inspected with the camera to show it. Very satisfied! I highly recommend them. The plumber was punctual, courteous, and very professional.

Great, very pleased with work.

Because it is a house with tenants the work had to be done in one day, which it was, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. (two workers). Work was done soon after our call, as promised. Price was substantially less than other plumbers. Other plumbers wanted $2,400 for same work.
