Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints. He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost. The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout. I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before. Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge. He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him.

The service was wonderful but the product was somewhat disappointing. He did a great job with the cleaning but the finish didn't last even a month! Unfortunately, I can't recommend the service to others. Update: Kris, the owner of the company, called me and wanted to see if he could come and see what went wrong. He came and all that was needed was a different sealant. The bench tops are still sparkling! Very professional handling of the problem. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

The service went well. The technicians did a nice job and they did exactly what the deal stated. They were also courteous and seemed to knowing in what they were doing. I do not remember there being any issues with scheduling.

Scheduling an appointment was quite difficult, taking weeks to find a time that would work for both. The craftsman sent to the job was a really nice guy, making the interaction very comfortable. He spent considerable effort doing the job right. He took measurements for the slate work we need, but I have yet sot hear back from them with a price (2 weeks ago).

Jose helped move items. Began cleaning counter tops, finished in about 45 min.

Edgar and Chris were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They explained everything that the job would involve and completed it in a timely manner.

They did a very nice job. After I received the price estimate they were out within five days to perform the service. When I called them regarding the holes lifting they were back out within three days to refill them.

Jose was one time and explained the procedure. I had him look at the bathroom floor to get a bid and they were able to have the owner, Chris, come out and do it at the same time. Both look much better and would recommend their services.

They were on time and worked hard all day. They were so trustworthy, I felt very comfortable leaving my home for several appointments and errands. They were knowledgeable and responsive. The price was amazing for the size of the project. I would highly recommend this excellent company to anyone with stone in their home. My home is so beautiful now, it makes me sad to put it up for sale. Kris will take care of you, even if you are like me and haven't consistently cared for the stone in your home.

Kris and Edgar showed up on time and immediately went to work taping and tarping cabinets and walls. I left them alone for the most part and checked periodically, but they thoroughly cleaned floor first then filled holes with epoxy mix that hardened immediately. Then they use a commercial buffer with a polishing compound that left and amazing shine! Even when new our floor never looked this good. Due to some of the pits being so shallow they weren't able to fill completely but 100% better than before. And Kris, you forgot that little place by the door jam but don't worry. I'll attach a picture.

We had old Mexican tile in the garage that needed cleaning and restoring. We also had a shower which needed recaulking and sealing. The company did a good job with the tile restoration and we were pleased. The shower drain unfortunately got clogged with the old caulk. Kris rectified the situation to our satisfaction.

They showed up on time, and did a very detailed job. They explained what they were doing and why. My garage floor was stained with paint spills, oil stains and 35 years of ground in dirt and stains. They delivered on what they promised and cleaned up ALL the stains and give my garage floor a polished look. They were also open to making changes and providing opinions on the job and took our input on what we were trying to accomplish. Their pricing was fair and below 2 other estimates we received. Great quality, good follow up and nice people to do business with. I would recommend them and would use them for other projects.

Technician arrived and checked the area and advised that what I purchased for granite cleaning and sealing and mine is stone.

As soon as I purchased the service Chris, the owner, contacted me to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment they were prompt (actually about 15 mins early), they explained the entire process and were done within 90 minutes. When they finished the job, the countertops looked brand new! I can see my reflection...they are so shiny! Chris explained how to maintain the shine and recommended the appropriate products to use.

My counters have never looked so good! They are sparkling, shiny and beautiful! This is the best money I have ever spent. My only regret is that I didn't have this done sooner. I definitely recommend this provider and this service. Next we're going to have our floors done!

We were in need of a marble restoration in two areas of my home, the entry way and around the fireplace. We were in the process of installing hardwood floors and wanted to complete the fresh look by restoring our marble as well. After some research and checking in with Angie?s List, I called Marble Transformerz. I spoke with Kris on the phone and advised him of my immediate needs and requested an estimate, which he graciously complied with at the end of the day. Kris arrived at my home on time prepared to evaluate my request with his assistant Jose. After his inspection, Kris clearly explained his appraisal and the work involved to restore my marble floor. There was absolutely no pressure, just information explained in simple layman terms. He was very knowledgeable, precise and very clear in his explanation. The price was fair, in fact, even better then expected after reviewing comparisons. Well, apparently all of the planets lined up right and due to my necessity, Kris and Jose were prepared to do the work immediately. This wasn?t scheduled and they clearly went out of their way to complete the job while on site, as a special courtesy to me. I must say; ?Marble Transformerz? is very conscientious in their preparation, paying attention to detail throughout the entire restoration process. They are very thorough and meticulous with their skill and craftsmanship. The cleanup process was as if they were never there, yet the marble looks awesome! I was completely amazed by the finished product and was ?Wowed? to say the least with the finished look. I highly recommend Kris, Jose and Marble Transformerz, as they took a ?personal interest? in my situation and the task at hand. Kris?s level of professionalism and integrity are only symbolic of his true Character and Customer Service, it doesn?t get any better than this. I am a completely satisfied customer and have no hesitation or reservations about using their service in the future or recommending them to other consumers, I am very pleased. We are going to call them back for our kitchen floor, bathroom countertop and shower tile. Thank you Marble Transformerz, Thank you Kris and Jose for a job well done!

Kristopher is very nice and did a great job. Originally I think he was supposed to have some help, but they couldn't come. He showed up about 5 minutes late, no biggie though. But after I showed him what I wanted done, he got right to work. Kristopher is very professional and easy to talk to.

Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a good job and didn't try to 'sell' me extra's (although I knew I needed them). When I asked about re-caulking the sink and fixing a chip in the counter he mentioned he noticed them, but stated he doesn't like to highlight minor issues, unless asked. He doesn't want to give customers the impression he's just trying to sell them extras. His price for the two items seemed reasonable so I'll definitely have him back out. I purchased a Groupon for the service which made it reasonable; I'm not sure what the going rate is for this kind of service so I'm not sure how Marble Transformerz compares in price to other companies.
