+ -1 moreI originally met the crew of BMH when I got bids to repair some water damage from the water heater in November 2014. They were low bid and I was impressed with not only their quality of work to repair what was essentially a closet, but they came in on-budget and on-schedule. After 27 years in the design/construction industry, I really appreciate and recognize a contractor with integrity! When I was ready to renovate my 1/2 bath, it was the BMH crew I called. Their team showed up promptly EVERY morning at 7am from the day they started demolition to finish & clean-up - approx 2 weeks. I received daily progress updates and they requested my input on the finer details - something I greatly appreciate as an interior designer. These gentlemen get an A++ for professional as well as quality of work! I'll definitely be calling them when I'm ready to renovate the other bathrooms.
Description of Work: BMH renovated my 1/2 bath to include changing the standard door to a pocket door, installation of new sink/vanity/faucet, light fixture, crown/base molding with a specialty decorative ceiling and new travertine floors in both 1/2 bath and kitchen. They also enlarged the utility closet to fit standard stack washer/dryer next to water heater and painted all the interior doors (something the original contractor neglected to do when the condo units were build in 1991).
