Absolutely horrible June, 14 2016 40th (Birthday) Backed up sink in a old apartment complex black gunk etc., known problem for years reported via call along with neighbors to plumber and calls to apt manager no response from plumber waited around all day thanks no party. June, 23 2016 03:36am at this point no response from plumber (calls) or show to fix problem along with more calls to apt manager along with neighbors. At 03:36am (wife has to work that morning) awoke to a flooded bathroom and partially flooded apartment while bailing out water with giant gas station cup into tub, calls plumber emergency number. The greeting she gets upon answering is " Why are you calling this number ? " It's one of their listed numbers by the way. After explaining the situation while still bailing out water was told it was not " an emergency." Wife try's to get time when they will arrive after plumber is extremely nasty. I awoke about 03:56am and take over bailing Eventually we get we will be there in an hour 04:36am no show, 05:36am no show, 06:36am no show, 07:36am no show. At about 08:30am after I had been bailing water for about 4 hours the plumber decides to show up (thanks) only at the neighbors? Never even bothered to come to door or call etc instead decides to text apt manager who then texts us to see if sink is still stopped up and flooded. Wow rude to wife disrespectful, unprofessional, something like 10 days to respond? Not an emergency? Avoid these guys wish we could.

Dusan is fantastic.! He does all of my work at my properties. He usually sets up a time set up time, for the same day, ( like who does that ??) to review my problem. ( minor in the plumbing world but major to me)He called when he was en route to my house. He was timely, neat, and very knowledgeable. He repaired problem quickly and treated me and my property with respect. I had a sewer line that needed to be replaced. I would HIGHLY recommend him.
