Very courteous amazingly talented, and informed service tech, more than half the price of micro centers quote for repair and done in 1 hr instead of 1 week. I would highly recommend to anyone trying to save money and time.

I'm sorry, I can't remember his name, I do remember it was a Russian name. The good: 1. He answered his phone and promptly came to my house to attempt to make the repair. When he saw that it was an involved issue, took the computer with him. 2. He came back one additional time to pick up an external hard drive that I had in the hopes that my data was backed up properly (it wasn't-my fault). 3. When I called, he almost always answered and gave me hope ("I'm just working on it right now"). 4. He was very polite and professional. 5. When I was unhappy and my problem was not resolved to my satisfaction, he didn't charge me anything. The not so good: 1. He had my computer for over a month and was not able to fix the problem.(I had another place fix it in less than 2 days). 2. He did not give me any type of receipt when he took my computer, which made me a bit nervous. 3. He did not follow the instructions I gave, which were to "DO NOTHING if you can't restore my data". 4. It would have been nice if he had just called, said he couldn't fix it and given me my computer back. I mean, who wants to be without their computer for over a month! I also would have liked more frequent updates, he waited for me to call before giving me any information.

Great service, called in morning and someone was there at noon. Answered any question I had, did a great job.

THEY HAD STUDENTS WORKING AND LEARNING AT THE SAME TIME, SO TIME WISE IT WAS A SLOWER PROCESS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN MY PROBLEM AND SOLUTIONS IN A CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY AND NON-TECHNICAL WAY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
