Marlon Garcia did the work in a very professional manner, letting me know when and why he would be delayed a bit, and also giving me careful information about issues that he noticed as he worked and felt I should know that require additional attention. Will definitely hire him again.

Marolon worked extremely hard while cleaning the many windows at my home. The quality of his work was truly outstanding. When he finished many of the windows looked as though there was no glass there at all. He even found a couple of leaks in the frames around several of my skylight type windows and performed the work of re-calking them so that they were sealed. Marlon has a pleasing personality and was very easy to work with

Marlon Garcia came out on a Sunday and spent 2.5 hours cleaning the rain gutters and downspouts on my 2-story 2,500 s.f. custom home. Of the 3 bids I received, his was the lowest. He could not have been nicer or more careful and meticulous. All the others who reviewed him and gave him a 5-star rating were absolutely correct! I'll hire him again for my gutter cleaning and my future window washing.....
