After getting high pressure sales pitch form Lead Filter, we met with Marlon Garcia, owner of 5 Star Pressure and Window. He s super nice, worked so hard, completed all the work and cleaned up all around. All this at a fair price! We highly recommend 5 Star!

Marlon arrived on time, took time to understand the need to clean the deck, and did a great job for a reasonable price. He also gave professional advice on some things that needed to be fixed on my deck. Will definitely hire him again.

I hired Marlon Garcia to clean my solar panels. He called to give me his estimated time off arrival and got right to work. He was careful not to damage my gutters as he climbed on my roof and did an excellent job cleaning my solar panels. He inspected some work that I had done prior, gave me some photographs (since I cannot crawl up on my roof myself to see) and gave me a bid on other jobs to do in the near future. I will definitely call him again.

I know Marlon takes pride in his company and the service he provides. He is very personable and professional as was stated in all of his previous ratings. My only gripe, which is why I gave him one 4.5 and the rest fives is because he originally scheduled to come by between 12:30-1:00 and then called me before 5:00 and said he ran out of daylight. Then he said he would come by the next day first thing at 8:30. I called him around. 11:00 and found the he still had not come by but promised to come by before the end of the day. He finally showed up before 5:00 and finished the job. His service was excellent and he was very thorough. My only recommendation for him would be not to overbook himself so that people would know when to expect him. I will definitely hire him again next year but try to avoid the "busy" season.

Hired Marlon to clean the gutters. He showed up within the hour he said and worked no stop till the job was done. Gutters had never been cleaned since I bought the house in 2003. Marlon recaulked all the joints that had been weatherd over the years and placed new coverings over most downspout openings to prevent neighbors; tennis balls and other debris from clogging them. He did excellent work and could still smile after four gruelling hours on the roof. Thank you Marlon!

He returns calls promptly, and provides timely updates on his status, arrival time, and how long he thinks the work will take. Really good guy, and his work is very good.
