You may send us your broken device via our user-friendly website, or by taking advantage of our pick-up and drop-off service for customers in Central Florida. Our experienced technicians can repair and ship (or deliver for customers choosing to use our pick-up service) any damaged device within one business day (excluding water damage). We have professional technicians waiting to help you via our toll-free number. Unlike other companies, when you call our toll-free number, you speak directly to a technician, not to an untrained customer service representative. A technician will help you diagnose all issues and inform you of the status of your repair. XpressFix uses genuine Apple OEM parts. Website customers can be assured that we insure all of our shipments against breakage or loss. And to assure you that our service and work are of the highest quality, all repairs have a 90 day warranty.

The tech came to my work and picked up my phone. I had been told by the AT&T store which sold me the iPhone that to replace it, it would cost me $200. The tech took my phone and had it fixed and looking new hours later. It only cost me around 75 bucks. He brought it to my house since I couldnt wait for him at work. I waited a few days before writing this review so that I could make sure my phone is in fact working. It's still good as new.
Description of Work: I dropped my iPhone and cracked the screen. I had the front glass replaced.
