Winters Gutter Service

The gutter screens came with a 10 year guarantee and included 2 free cleanings. They were installed in Oct. 2015. I called last week for 1 of the free cleanings. Owner said he was driving, could not talk, said he'd call back, but he did not. I called again the next day. I was hung up on. I called Home Advisor. They put me through to him. He said cleaning would be yesterday 10/12/16 between 10am and noon. No one came. I tried to call owner, left message, no call back. This morning I called again; the owner's mailbox was full, so since I could not leave a message, I called Home Advisor again. Their advice was for me to leave a review. While the screens seem to be fine, and the man who did the install seemed very capable, the owner is very difficult, does not follow through, so I have doubts about the validity of the guarantee and the promise of the 2 free cleanings which is in writing on the proposal. I recommend that you use a different company. Update: He did show up for rescheduled first cleaning and it was completed. His helper who came out was great to work with and did an excellent job.

Good quality work; very efficient

They were on time per the schedule they provided me. They cleaned the roof and gutters to my expectation. They cleaned up the yard from the debris that came from the roof and gutters. They were mindful of the neighbors yard minimizing any over spray. They inspected the gutters for rust and damage. They did recommend a few maintenance solutions without any pressure to perform. Pricing was reasonable.

Job is good, price charge is very reasonable,but the owner Mike's phone is caller ID blocked, you don't know who's calling you and to remember his phone to reply back. Other thing is not on schedule time, come earlier or later than the schedule, if you need work then prepare more time.

Mike is a very dedicated Contractor even to the point where he thought he smelled gas, and called PG&E. Looking out for the client. There was no gas leak, but a lot of old Pesticides that were very strong smelling. His prices are very reasonable after I decided to put all new gutters. His installers are very proficient, and very hardworking. I was very happy with Mike and would use him again.

Mike is a good contractor who cares about getting it right. Had my copper gutters added to and cleaned out, and he took his time to make the job correct. I still wish he would not use a "blocked" number to contact me, but other than that, great job. This is an addition to the review I posted earlier when I thought the job was done. I didn't know that they were still working on the problem.

The quoted $250 for half a roof, to which I had agreed, but then only charged $190, without me complaining or anything. That is amazing that they realized that the job wasn't as bad as they had thought or estimated, so they charged $60 less and I was not even there when they came... I am impressed and will hire them again !!!

Although the service type is listed as power washing, that was not part of the scope. Here, the job simply involved cleaning the roof and the gutters, and particularly removing some raccoon excrement. The worker was on time, but was not trained in dealing with raccoon debris which needs special handling, and did not do this correctly at first, but cleaned things up after being told.
