Winters Gutters were great, they called me back immediately, came over quickly and did a great job with the repair and the cost was actually less than the estimate. I wanted an adjustment to the repair and that was no problem for them so excellent customer service, reliability and workmanship. Couldn't recommend anyone better

Didn't call when they didn't show up for an appointment, next day when I called, Mike announced when they would come again, without an apology for missing the appointment or a by your leave. I still decided to go with them because they offered to also do the minor repair of a downspout and the $250 quote he gave me after looking at our house on google seemed reasonable. He doubled the price after he saw the height of the roof (though I had told them about it), but that still seemed fair enough. Turned out the repair of the downspout was another $250 that he had not explained in his last verbal quote, then he quoted another price for added caulking for the roof which I understood was the total price for the whole job, but was not. In the end, the price rose from the original phone quote of $250 to $1600. At my shock at this "final" number he quickly dropped the price to a bargain $1400. I was had, or at least I felt like I was had, and I really don't know what I got in the transaction because Mike never sent me the pictures he promised. A few days later he sent me an email announcing that he was going to come back and check the downspout repair because he thought he might not have been as thorough as he wanted to be, given the misty weather. (Right! Perhaps he would find another downspout he could sell me...) I told him not to bother because we were having the house painters with scaffolding coming and that our realtors would be taking care of any other further repairs, and he wrote back that he'd be happy to come back once the scaffolding is up to "check out anything he may have missed". Bottom line: if you are a woman, if you are over 60, if your house looks expensive, and if you can't climb up on your roof to check the work, beware of this guy. And yes, I learned a lesson. If he won't or "can't" give you a total price and a written estimate, don't let him start the work. I have used Home Advisor for a number of jobs and this is the first time I have been unhappy with the outcome. Of course, most of all, I'm unhappy to realize that I got suckered.

I hired this pro because they came immediately after my call and on time. They did a professional job in fixing all the leaks in all the corners of the seamless gutter around the house. He even gave me a 5 year warranty for the job. I'll give him a 5 Star rating.

They showed up on time and completed the work in about an hour. They were also helpful as they provided suggestions for some downspouts work I needed done.

The rains returned to California with a vengeance. Everyone was in need of gutter repair. While prompt in responding to my request, scheduling an appointment took a few days. Gutter installed promptly. However, collecting debris and exess gutter took 10 days, along with getting an invoice that I could pay against. I hope Mike gets some help with scheduling or admin support. No issues with work performed.

They responded to the request right away. They were complete pros-showed up on time, completed the job on time-all in the middle of one of the worst storms we'd seen in a long time.

Very efficient, courteous and personable and professional. Received 3 quotes , Winters came in middle + range in price. Well worth the extra several hundred over other quotes, and the wait,as they are busy. Gutters are good looking and they transition well to roof line.
