Winters Gutter Service

The gutter work was great. Cleaned and straightened the gutters. However the work was performed during a rainy season and some of it could not be finished. I rated the customer service lower because I had to call and remind him to return.

I have had moderate success using HomeAdvisor in the past, so I have to say I was somewhat skeptical this time around looking for a pro to install leaf guards for the gutters at my house. Mike from Winters Gutter Service was the first one who gotten back to me in literally minutes after I have made a request. After describing the scope of the work to him over the phone, he was not only able to give me a competitive price over the phone, he also managed to fit my job in on the very next day. On the day of the job, he kept me posted on the process of the work over the phone. By the time I got home that night, I found a gorgeous set of leaf guards nicely installed on all my gutters. Mike's professionalism and how he made this such as easy process for me have changed my perspective about HomeAdvisor. I have since then referred Mike to one of my close colleagues already. I'd also like to wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who needs gutter related service on HomeAdvisor.

Fast.... needed gutters in-between storms. Mike got back to me within 5 mins. Scheduled an appointment, he was on time, very professional. Did the job - new front/side gutters and 3 new downspouts in 2 days. Very happy with the results. 6 inch 06 Copper/Victorian in style, really nice. 2k less than 2 other estimates.

Winters Gutter Service was able to see my problem on satellite, assess the problem and give me a quote. They replaced the downspout while I was at work.

I was impressed. I called them late in the afternoon and they gave me time for the next day, I emailed them photos of the work area shortly after the call. They called in the afternoon to say they were running late but would be there. The repairman arrived about 3 p.m. and efficiently completed the job shortly after 4 p.m. The job was very professional done.

There was a bit of miscommunication in the beginning (regarding the start date and the price), but the owner, Mike Simons, cleared it up. They removed my satellite dish (and hauled it away) and cleaned the gutters. The worker was very efficient and did a good job! I would hire them again.

Did great quality work with fair pricing. Very meticulous about checking the results. Made good recommendations to me. Very responsive on all counts.

Got here on time, but had to come back 2 days later because they didn't have all of the parts. Installation not as desired and adequate communication was lacking.

Quality of gutter/downspout cleaning was excellent. Value for the money was in my expected range. Mike had to reschedule our initial date, but showed up the next day at the scheduled time which was acceptable to me. I recommend that others should consider Winters Gutter Service for this type gutter services.

DO NOT PAY UNTIL JOB IS COMPLETE! AND IGNORE HIS RESPONSE! You can check the weather reports for the months is took him to complete the job and there was not rain! Replaced gutters where perfectly straight and met the roof rafters flush unlike the gutters he installed. I generally give people an opportunity to make things right when the service is less than acceptable. In this case I contracted with Mike Simons from Winters Gutter Service to have my gutters replaced on August 18, 2017. August 20, 2017 Mike asked for a deposit to get the installation started that was about a third of the total. The work began August 21, 2017 to remove the existing gutters. New gutter installation began August 23, 2017.  On August 25, 2017 for the most part the gutters were installed with a couple remaining issues to be addressed as well as the gutter screens to be installed. Mike then asked for an additional amount to be paid leaving a small balance until the job was completed. Since that time there have been excuse after excuse why the remaining work was being delayed.  As well as emails from Mike stating we did not contract for gutter screens. It took many emails back and forth including a copy of his original email to me stating the gutter screen were going to be installed at no additional cost. Once he acknowledged they were to be included he asked for another week to get them done. Still not done! Job was finally completed October 26, 2017. I HIGHLY recommend if you do hire Winters Gutter Service that you do not pay them until the job is totally completed.

Did a nice job, however was a "no show" for originally scheduled appt for the work. I had to call to find out that because we scheduled on a holiday (Columbus Day), he couldn't make it, which was fine, but no one called to reschedule. The installation and clean up was great.
