+ -1 moreThere were three guys in and out. Other people had similar work at the same time. They were great and professional. They were very reassuring. They were good at communicating. They made a notice letting us know the water would be off and I gave them to all of the people in the condominium. They worked all day and never took a lunch break.
Description of Work: They changed all of the valves underneath my kitchen sink and the sink in the bathroom and the toilet. They worked on the shower valve. They put in a new faucet in the kitchen. They cleaned up everything.

drain cleaning
+ -1 moreAllen likes to explain EVERYTHING he is doing and tell you why he is doing it. His attitude is that he will not do anything that he would not do in his own house. He uses quality materials and does great work. He'll also respond immediately in the case of an emergency.
Description of Work: I had a blockage in my main drain line. Allen scoped out the line, which unlike just about any other plumber these guys do for free, and upon isolating the problem installed a two-way clean out near my house so that if I have a backup in the future it will go into my yard, not my house. He also jettared my drain line to get the many years worth of caked on grease out of the line which would help avoid blockages in those lines in the future.
