Description of Work: They hand wash oriental carpets. Long ago, an owner of some priceless carpets took me to visit Simonian. We have been clients with our not priceless rugs ever since.

Description of Work: They cleaned my antique area rug - first time I had it cleaned in 5 years. I also purchased a mat to go under the rug, as it sits on hardwood. This is a special rug and needs tender loving care. I think that I got that care from Simonian. They were very professional and very efficient.

Description of Work: SIMONIAN ORIENTAL RUG CLEANERS I used Simonian Oriental Rug Cleaners, to clean my rug and do a repair. It was a week ago, I don't remember the price, but it was a fair price.

Description of Work: We had a few rugs stored in our garage for several years which we obviously no longer had a use for. We were curious if they had any value. I made three trips to Simonian, one rug per trip because they were large. At Simonian, I was greeted by the owner Austin Rinders. He very gracious, patient, and professional as he looked over each rug, explaining what to look for and what he thought the value might be. Unfortunately for me, those rugs were not all that valuable, but I really appreciated the time, interest, professionalism, and the way they made me feel comfortable each time I showed up at their showroom with yet another rug. I would defiantly recommend them for anything having to with a rug, whether cleaning, appraising, buying or selling there. Great experience! Thank you!
