+ -1 moreAll they do is put in chemicals and they charge extra for ANYTHING else. They send me bills for different amounts frequently.

+ -1 moreThey fixed the problem right away at a minimal cost. Ron Palmer is always very courteous and calls you back to give you status. The other company did not even call to tell me when they were coming out for the repair. When I bought the house with existing pool, they even came out at no cost to show me how to use my filter and equipment for cleaning.
Description of Work: Diagnosed & Repaired Polaris Pool Sweep. Had Booster Pump replaced by another company under my home warranty plan but the pool sweep was still not working efficiently to clean my pool. The other company would not even advise me why the pool sweep was still not effectively cleaning my pool, although that was the problem reported. Peninsula already does my weekly chemical service. I called them for help.

+ -1 moreWE HAVE USED PENINSULA CHEMICAL FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS NOW. FRIENDS ALWAYS TELL US HOW GOOD OUR POOL LOOKS. IT ALWAYS HAS A CRYSTAL CLEAR LOOK. CHEMICALS ARE NEVER TOO HARSH. THEY WILL ALSO DO POOL MAINTENANCE WORK (FILTER CLEANING) AND PROVIDE OTHER POOL SUPPLIES WHEN REQUESTED.
Description of Work: WEEKLY POOL MAINTENANCE. ADDS CHEMICALS AS NEEDED. $48 IS THEIR MONTHLY CHARGE.
