Description of Work: We hired Valerie and her crew to restore the cedar siding on our hillside home. The cedar shingles were in very bad condition, many cracked or warped and all darkened by weather and age. Additionally, our property is challenging because of the slope, which means that about half the house actually rises three stories. We'd been having trouble finding anyone who wanted to take on the job. The few quotes I'd received had been high and I didn't feel confident in that the work would be done to our standard. Valerie took a look at the job, was undaunted, confident and enthusiastic about the work. She offered ideas and solutions where others just saw problems. She also provided great input and guidance in the color selection for the stain. Her crew was diligent, professional and highly skilled. I even had them replace some trim work that a previous window crew had done. They ended up replacing about thirty percent of the shingles on the house. In removing some of the shingles, they discovered some dry rot on the plywood underneath. They were able to easily and seamlessly replace that as well. They showed an amazing attention to detail and were able to handle anything that came up during the process. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. I highly recommend Valerie and her crew and will absolutely have them back for future work.

Description of Work: They did all the painting all of my molding and the interior of my house.

Description of Work: Our multi-story house is shingled and had developed a bad case of staining from tannins and mildew. The trim, porch railings, and garage door needed sanding and prepping where they were sun-damaged. Regular power washing was not possible because it would damage the siding.
