Not well. Now I'm out $5000.

Called them and also Water Heater Only. They were a bit more on just the hot water heater part but since I had a hot water recirculator and a tank system to remove air from the lines, I chose them. They were professional and competent, made appropriate recommendations and left it up to me to decide. I ended up getting a commercial grade hot water heater since they recommend that it will last longer. They rehook up all the systems perfectly. They came within 2 hours of my phone call and that was critical.

I found Lindstrom here at Angie's List before I became a full member, while searching with a friend who's been a member for a couple of years. I had a clogged drain, with a lot of "gunk" in it, and they came out, took care of it, and thanked me for my business. I'd use them again.

Lidstrom Plumbing responded to my call within twenty four hours. The employee was very professional and courteous and I was impressed with the quality of his work. He was in and out of my house in forty five minutes and he cleaned up his work site before he left.

They agreed to come to my house and give me an estimate. They didn't come. I called. They agreed to give me an estimate. They never did.

Ken arrived on time was very courteous and did a great job, he had to come back a couple of times to finish everything, but every thing was completed with in a week.

The technician came out on time and was very polite. He advised us of an approximate timeframe to do the work but told us we would get a formal bid which we never received. Subsequently, we went with Caccia and were very please. Much to my surprise, we received a bill for $62.00 for the visit to quote. When I called to complain advising we were never told that there were be a charge I was told that everyone charged for this (not true)and I needed to improve my attidude. I refused to pay, an arugment entailed and I hung UP. We will not pay for work that was not done and charges that were not quoted.

The overall experience was good. I know we haven't had any problems since so I would say they do a good job. The people were punctual and I was rather impressed with the service. I would most definitely use them again.

THE NICE THING IS THAT HE HAD SOME EXTRA REPLACEMENT PARTS IN HIS VAN WHICH OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE NEEDED TO GO BUY THE PARTS AND HAVE ANOTHER VISIT, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN A BIG PAIN AND MORE EXPENSIVE.

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. OPENING THE WALL WAS HARD AND MESSY, BUT HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CONTAINING THE DUST AND CLEANING UP. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, OR CALL THEM IN THE FUTURE, IF THE NEED AROSE.
