Description of Work: I made more than one call to this business. I wanted to purchase a wrought Iron shot rail. I was able to determine this should cost about $350 as it would be custom made. I never got a return call, a bid or even any interest in my order.

+ 0 moreFantastic experience start to finish. I met Len in his shop so I could see examples of his work. He was a great communicator, pointing out subtle distinctions between various designs. I loved when he showed me examples of his competitors work he'd had to rip out and replace (some of which I was considering using) and teaching me about the quality differences. He helped me select a design and then had flawless execution. We love the finished product. Price was reasonable and he was a really really nice guy, with attention to detail and high standards of quality. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Len installed a beautiful iron stair railing on flagstone steps leading from our master bedroom down to the patio. (code requirement due to height of steps)
