The plumber was prompt. He had to order parts, which arrived in a couple of days. Again, on his return, he was right on time. The repair was done in about an hour and everything has worked better than ever since.

They did a fine job. They were on time. I was satisfied with their work.

The experience was good. I really liked them and I would use them again. They were on time, they did a good estimate, and they explained all of the different options.

Dennis cna on time, worked efficiently, and had teh jobe dome in about 30 minutes.

He was wonderful. He was very prompt, came on time and was pleasant. He did the job very quickly and I was real pleased. They gave us an estimate, so we knew how much approximately what it was going to cost and paid $155 on that work. We are also using him for some other work as well.

They were efficient and punctual. They were flexible with scheduling the appointment.

The plumber arrived about thirty minutes after I called. He was right on time and the appointment took less than an hour. He was friendly and efficient and reminded me of the 10% discount they were offering to new customers. I would definitely use them again.

They seemed to be very good. I haven?t used him yet but I was very impressed with him. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will use him to replace the sewer line. His price was comparable with the others. He was the best.

Excellent. He was extremely prompt, reminded my of discount and recommended against repairing hot water circulator versus an alternative fix that saved me about $600!

They did not put some thing on the heater. When the inspector came out, they didn?t pass. So they are coming back shortly to do the work. We are little disappointed that they have to get the work re-inspected. However, our experience with them has been good. They have been very responsive.

They were knowledgeable and were on time. They did what needed to be done though it was a simple job. I will grade them high across all categories.

They are prompt and very professional. They fix what's wrong. We had an issue with our water heating system once, too. They came up with a solution and installed it - now everything works great. They are very knowledgeable. They aren't the cheapest out there, but it was reasonable.

Tried to take apart the valve assembly myself, didn't know how to put it back together again :) Called Caccia Plumbing to help. They came on-time (actually called to say they could come earlier than originally scheduled). Plumber replaced the valve assembly and gave me some tips while he was at it. Very friendly and professional.

Two plumbers (journeyman and apprentice?) showed up on time, did the work, answered my questions politely, and were done in about an hour.

Anthony came out to do and estimate. Promptly submitted it. Scheduled work and Jonathan came out to do it. Very neat and professional. Knew what to do and furnished all parts. All in all a good experience.

Called early in the morning and was given a time late in the day. Received a call back and Mike was here within an hour of my call. Filled the sewer line with water to verify a clog and routed out the roots; retested the line to ensure it was clear.

They were able to come within a day of my call. Dennis was the plumber that did the work and was friendly and effecient. They have a fixed price for new toilet installation (includes old toilet removal, he was even willing to haul away the big box the new toilet came in). The area was clean after he finished. While installing he made an effort to secure the pipe which had been roughed in poorly. He also used a wider 4in wax ring than the 3in cone that came with the toilet. He also used stonger bolts to secure the seat. He said these are small things they do at no charge because they commonly come up as problems. I appreciated that and was happy with my experience. I will call them in the future.

They sent a plumber the next day, and he fixed both easily and quickly; with time to spare (they charge by hour), he also resealed the kitchen faucet - and, he did a non-plumbing job which was to correct my error on a some-assemby-required storage container. He was knowledgeable, helpful, made a good suggestion for a problem in my bath, and was all around pleasant. I've recommended him to my neighbors and others. With a 10% discount it was $124.

The project went quickly and smoothly

All of our plumbing jobs have been resolved. Caccia was very responsive and tuned into our needs. They have a flat hourly rate and were enthusiastic about working hard for us for that hour.

Caccia plumbing was wonderful! We have owned our house for a year and a half and we have had plumbing issues since the beginning. Every plumbing company that previously worked on our pipes (total number=6) would do what I consider "band-aid" work; basically they would snake the pipes to clean them but not fix them. Multiple companies refused to even put a camera down in the pipes. Anthony Caccia and team not only correctly diagnosed my issues but fixed them. All the plumbers and the office staff were friendly, professional, timely and most importantly, competent.

We were impressed with Caccia Plumbing. I checked out 5 plumbers on Angie's list and on the state contractor's board. I chose to phone Caccia first. Although they were getting ready to close for the Christmas holidays, they scheduled an appointment because the floor tile problem was getting worse. Anthony Caccia is the third generation of this family plumbing firm, and he impressed us with his professionalism and speed. He identified the problem as an improperly set wax seal. He fixed the problem in 1 hour and guaranteed his work. He gave the Angie's discount as advertised. He suggested we use Angie's list to find someone to replace the section of floorboard that had been damaged. We didn't expect him to wear "booties" to keep our carpet clean or to be so great about cleaning up. It was a very positive solution to our plumbing problem of the holidays.

My bathroom sink and tub were backing up. Moe arrived promptly as scheduled and determined that the sink was easy to fix, but there was a problem w/ the tub, under the house, so we scheduled a second appointment in 2 days. He arrived w/ a helper and installed a new overlow in the bathroom and also replaced a leaking pipe.

I had them come out about a month ago because my kitchen sink was draining a little bit slowly. At that time they snaked the drain and replaced a small piece (a p valve, perhaps). This didn't do anything to clear the drain. I wasn't able to call them to come out to fix the problem again (I work full time) and the problem wasn't so dire that I couldn't live with it until I had time to call them back. When I called them back, they said that they would charge me for doing the work again - even though they didn't fix the problem the first time around. They complained that I shouldn't have waited a month to call them to complain. They claimed that they need to send an inspector out and determine the cause of the problem and that they would call me. That was almost a month ago. I haven't heard anything. I note that I was not home to talk to the guy directly - my mother in law was at my house to talk to the technician.
