Description of Work: They were very good, very professional, and very expensive. We needed our reverse osmosis water filter checked as it had stopped working. It was $195 (incl Angie's 10% discount) to tell us it needed replacement. They helped us find the replacement and quoted us $500 to install it. I had a friend with some plumbing experience look at it and he installed it in 30 minutes-it now works fine. I would probably reserve Caccia for difficult jobs that absolutely have to be done correctly where cost is not a concern.

Description of Work: I called Caccia Plumbing and they were at my home within a short time. Nate identified and corrected a problem with my toilet that had led to a flood in my home. He was very courteous and professional. Would definitely refer them to friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: They replaced my water heater. The crew was efficient. The price was just more than I expected. They were very professional. But again it comes down to the price. They had to call in a an hvac company that they work with, and I suppose that's why the price was so high because the hvac crew had to remove our hvac system which was not configured properly in order for the plumbing crew to put in the water heater. Then the hvac crew had to return to put back the heater in along with the water heater. I would use yelp next time to find a more price comptetive plumbers next time.

Description of Work: I was undergoing a bathroom remodel in my master bathroom. I had run into 2 negative experiences with other flaky contractors. So, I asked my uncle, an electrician, for a recommendation. My uncle Jack gave me the phone number to Caccia Plumbing. |In our master bathroom, we needed a double sink, shower, tub, bidet toilet seat- all needing to purchased and/or installation. |Caccia Plumbing came out, took measurements, provided me with a written estimate. Rendered all the work (within a few days) and we were thrilled. Excellent customer service. Superior professionalism, from the first phone call I made- all the way to the last day, when the plumber cleaned bathroom after all the work was rendered. My husband and I are thoroughly impressed and pleased with Caccia Plumbing. I would recommend them and definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

Description of Work: I am very highly recommending Caccia Plumbing not because they didn't make mistakes (it happens) but because of how immediately they took responsibility, and took care of all repairs immediately. It's all about the service. I respect that and they will get my business again because of it. I needed a bathtub drain cleared of some dirt--easy job but then the repairman removed a seal, ran the water and it poured right through the wall, through my stove vents all over my Wolf gas range. We're talking a lot of water. He acknowledged he'd made a mistake. BUT the good part was he was on the phone immediately to his supervisor (Angelo, who was terrific) who came out within a half hour, repaired the tub drain himself, and then called all around to get a Wolf certified range repairman to come within the hour to take apart the vents, check the switches and electrical parts etc. Angelo stayed until the Wolf repairman came and he oversaw the work himself. I will definitely go with Caccia Plumbing again. The staffperson I spoke with when I first called, by the way, to make an appt. was also very bright, friendly and courteous and even followed up once when she thought she could move my appt up. It's the little things like that, as well as the big issues--like making right any mistakes--that make such a difference.

Description of Work: Wanted a water heater replacement/upgrade and called Caccia Plumbing based on good reviews on this website. Geno was punctual, professional during his visit, but there was a delay of several weeks (despite repeated calls) before he actually sent me a proposal. When the proposal arrived, it was for $4000. Water Heaters Only ended up installing the exact same unit for $2700.

Description of Work: Main faucet spout to kitchen sink came loose at the base; couldn't reach or see underneath to tighten up. Caccia came out on time, tightened it up, found caulking missing and supplied new caulking to help keep spout in place, cleaned up very nicely. It was a very small job but done very professionally.

Description of Work: I have a reverse water system for drinking that keeps backing-up water on the counter. This plumbing did come out to fixed it. The prepare lasted for a few weeks, The old problem came back. They did come back out to resolve the problem and did not charge me the second time. But it happen again. So I did not call them back. I try another plumber company to fix it.

Description of Work: Diagnosed a broken pipe and then fixed it. They had to cut through our cement foundation and then fix the pipe. The only issue we had is when they replaced the cement, they didn't smooth it out completely. My husband ended up fixing it but it was annoying that they didn't replace the floor to the same condition in which they found it. But everything else they did was top notch work.
