+ 0 moreThey did a terrible job. They didn't clean the baseboards, a few walls, and they sprayed something in the ovens and there was still mouse droppings on the stove top. They threw away two of the handles for my windows. They took down the beads in the bathroom and threw them away and tore down part of the wall. They threw the rod away too and it was a special made rod for that space. Two of the screens were out in yard and there was noting wrong with them. They sprayed my cabinets with the spray that I bought myself. They should have brought their own stuff. I couldn't see they spray and it made the floors very slippery which made it very dangerous. I called and complained and they came back to fix things. They still didnt do it right.

+ -1 moreOverall, I would not call them back again, especially since the care they provided was subpar. Not only were the windows incomplete, the debris splatters were all over the lower end of the house, after they left, I started moving back some things they shuffled around in the cleaning and found one of my porcelain pieces broken! The guys knew they broke it and just put the top back on and hoped I didn't notice until much later. I also had to a secondary spray wash myself with my garden hose on the ground and walls to clean off the debris splatters they left. I questioned why I called them out to do? I called John a second time to discuss the porcelain and did not receive a call back. In some ways, I felt cheated.
Description of Work: I spoke to John about window washing and such on the phone and he stated a price for window and power washing which included screen cleaning. He gave me that it would be in the range based on my house being partly two story (partly in a hill) and size of house. When the day came to clean the windows, John wasn't there but another man/supervisor and his crew who stated a blown up price. I had to stand there for a several minutes to renegotiate a price down to the upper range of what John had quoted. On top of that they wanted to charge me more for screen cleaning. Isn't the reason why one calls for quotes is because one wants a predetermined price before hand and not be surprised? I called several companies beforehand and chose him because the price seemed reasonable. I didn't want to argue with the guy any further and just wanted the job done so I had them complete the work. I also had the crew power wash the exterior of the house as well as the patios. Kind of a mistake. The house exterior looked clean but the debris they cleaned off the the house, patio and sun room were left splattered all over the fence, grass, ground and my vegetable plants. It's as though the crew didn't really care. Yuck! In cleaning one thing, they dirtied another thing. On top of that they moved my stuff around, and would have jetted to another job site before I told them to move back some of the pieces such as the patios tables and chairs. They missed several locations in the house which I had them come out again which they did. Even after they came back a second time, since I wasn't home but my husband was, I couldn't show them all the spots they missed. So the job was incomplete by 5%-8% the first time, about 3%-4% second time. I didn't want to call them out a third time and just let it go and chalked it up to "I'll contact a different vendor next time."

+ -1 moreThe work that they did was sort of okay, because of the followup that I had to deal with and I wasn’t as impressed with the window cleaning as I have had other companies doing it. We have not used them after that work. We have gone with other companies that provide better services, especially in terms of psychological things.
Description of Work: We used JP Enterprises for window cleaning. They also did some caulking.

+ -1 moreI thought that they cleaned the windows well. They showed up at the time they promised. They were professional and courteous. I've used them before in the past and they are always good. The price is fair for what they do.

+ -1 moreJohn arrived with a crew of 4 or 5-they went right to work and were finished in under an hour. All windows were washed, screens were removed, cleaned and re-hung. I can see thru my windows again!
Description of Work: I called to schedule window cleaning; John offered to clean screens for $15.00 extra so I signed up for the whole package.
