Irving did a great job communicating with me, both on the phone and over text. He let me know when he was running late and stayed well within his time estimate. I had a mail slot that I was trying to install and in the process of trying to do it myself, I cracked the stucco and created a hole that didn't fit the slot. Irving came and made my horrible mistakes go away. The mail slot looks awesome now and i just need to touch up the patched stucco now. I was hoping to get this done asap and Irving even came in the evening to take care of this quickly. Irving also cleaned up at the end, which was a nice touch.
