INNOVATION PAINTING

Excellent all round. They arrived on time, carefully moved all the furniture and artwork, covered it, did small repairs of the mouldings, and then two coats of paint. 6 hours later the ceilings looked great, and everything was back to the way it was before. They were very professional and courteous. They even double-checked with me the details of what I wanted a couple of times to make sure. Before the work was done, they were prompt at returning my calls and emails, and arrived right on time to do the estimate. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Very well! I do much of my own painting, but needed help with ceilings after a construction project that tore out my old ceilings. This left me with bare plaster ceilings in three bedrooms that needed to be primed and painted. Since I had bought two painters for one day, they also found the time to paint my stairwell walls and ceiling...because of the height of the ceiling above the stairs, this is beyond my ability. They did a great job! Very neat, efficient, accommodating and beautiful painting job.

Service provider was extremely responsive and contacted me within less than 2 hours. In addition, he was able to schedule the appointment to an acceptable date as well.

Daniel and his crew came on time and did an amazing job. They were professional and did exactly what was expected. I will use them again in the future.

They did a very nice job and everything was clean and tidy when they left. What I was most impressed and appreciative of was the fact that the owner was upfront and told me that if he did the job that day, which he was willing to do, the paint would only last for a short period of time because the surface wasn't properly prepped. Instead, he recommended that they power wash the fence to properly prepare it for the paint it needed. I had to pay a little more for the extra service, but they did it same day and then worked with me to reschedule when they could come back and finish the job. He also recommended the (proper) paint for me to pick-up for the fence. He didn't have to do any of this. He could have taken the money and just been done. Between the outcome and the integrity they showed on my job, Innovation has my trust and become my go to painters for future jobs.

The provider does not provide all the services he lists. I had to get another handyman and just use the coupon to patch some holes. I ended up using only 2 hours of his time.

My partner & I both work so we have to schedule time off to be home for contractors. We emailed them several different days and times we could be there. No response. Then one day they just show up unscheduled as we are leaving. Emailed them again & again, no response. We called & left phone numbers. No response. Time for a refund.

It was a fantastic experience. They came 3 separate days and stayed until that days job was done. Professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I will be using them again when I am ready to work on the rest of the kitchen.

Daniel was courteous and professional and a delight to have in my home. He arrived on time and completed many projects for me in the 6 hours he was at my house. He is clearly experienced and skilled and communicated with me throughout about my options during each project to ensure everything was just how I wanted it. Daniel was a huge help and I will hire him again when I have another batch of small projects around the house.

Innovation Painting provided a very competitive estimate and did an excellent job. They made sure they understood exactly what we wanted done before work started and worked efficiently in completing the project. They were very courteous throughout the process and communicated any potential issues that arose. They did a great job in preparing everything (taping, etc.) before they painted, and cleaned up after the work was completed. We expect to use them again in the future for exterior house painting and will highly recommend their services to our friends.

good work, but should have been warned of wood dust getting all over windows & adjacent rooms- had to hire window cleaners after with 42 ft ladders, also could have closed off other parts of house from dust. since painters already had their ladders in place - would have saved time & effort to clean at same time. also left drips of varethane on 3M window coverings.

Daniel left me a message to contact him to set up a time to fulfill the Angie's List handyman for a day deal. I told him that we needed to take out an existing door, frame up the wall and put up drywall. In addition, I wanted to take out a closet door and frame for bi-fold doors. Daniel was honest and helpful in letting me know that he is licensed to do everything but the framing. I truly appreciated his honesty and will call him when I have a project he can do.

Innovation painters worked with my real estate agent as I live in another state. The property is being sold and needed some fresh paint. We were aiming for an Oct 1st deadline to have the property ready for listing. I purchased an Angies List Deal Coupon for $515 for 2 painters for 8 hours and intoduced Innovation Painting to the real estate agent. The painters arrived on time. They let the agent know up front that there was more than 8 hours of painting ahead of them and that they might have to come back to finish. In addition, the condo is located in downtown San Francisco with two hour street parking. That meant Innovation would have to move their vehicle every two hours. Without relaying every detail of how it got done, the bottom line is that the entire job got done in one visit! The agent kept watch for parking spaces and the painters stayed until late into the evening to finish. The condo looks fabulous. Without any reservation, I recommend Innovation Painting. They stepped up and got the job done under some rather challenging circumstances and time constraints. Outstanding!!

Innovation Painting did a great job overall. There were some missed details and corners cut, but overall they did a good job at what I asked. I wasn't blown away by their customer service or painting service, but they did a good enough job to make the overall experience positive.

very professional and responded quickly. while the DEAL was reasonable, the charge of $50/hr to finish the job was more than the quality of the service warranted. overall it was an adequate job but there were areas that were blotchy and some main color on the trim that was not touched up. if you have a large flat area, i would recommend, but for more detailed work i would not use again. i am VERY picky, so if you are ok with an ok job because it is waaaaay better than you could do, than by all means use them. i believe the owner is very trustworthy and that is worth a lot these days.

Daniel was honest when he said his company could not book the start of the exterior painting of my house until winter time. However, I wanted the exterior painted before winter season started. I did not want to be stuck paying people to paint the exterior of my house when it is wet outside. I wanted someone who could start within a week and not someone who was to busy with million of jobs ahead of me. Other than the above busy time situation, Daniel was friendly and patient when he spoke to me on the phone. He explained that he was trying to do the best he could and that he had to be fair to the customers ahead of me.

Went pretty well. No complaints. Responsive to questions and did an excellent job with the painting.

Came quickly to give an estimate. Could fit me into his schedule. He and his helper worked very well together. Finished in a timely matter. Cleaned up each day. I asked him to come back to repaint the front door and a cabinet in the bath. He did promptly. I recommended him to my neighbor. She was very happy with his work.

Daniel came out as scheduled for an estimate. We decided to go with him within a couple days, and scheduled to start a week after that. His crew showed up promptly and did good work. The cost of painting matched the estimate exactly, and the cost of paint was a bit lower.

Daniel and Carlos were prompt in arriving. Respectful of all the other stuff going on with a bathroom reconstruction and moving boxes all over the place and my cats. Daniel checked in with me every time he found a concern (holes not patched by Landlord) and made helpful suggestions to this first time home owner. They were only scheduled to be here for the day (7 hours), however they did not hesitate to stay an extra hour to finish up the once scary dark purple room into a cool and calm Zen Essence green. I've already scheduled them to come back and finish up what we knew could not be done in the time frame. I would for sure recommend them for any painting job.

Excellent. There was was some extra work involved because of the condition of the wall paint. Daniel did an excellent job of making the bathroom look like new. He explained everything to me before he started and as he was completing the job.

He was very good and thorough. He explained things. I was very satisfied with what he did. He was on time and did what I asked him to do. Everything was done and I didn’t have to double check as he did it correctly. I called him back to do some additional work for me. The price was in the ballpark; it was a fair price.

They were on time and hardworking I wish I had another day with them I got more accomplished in one day then I have had for weeks with other handymen. Great guys
