INNOVATION PAINTING

So far it’s been great! They are doing a little interior and exterior work.

Daniel met with me to discuss the details of painting my house and worked up an estimate. This is my family home, and though it is now a rental I wanted a very good job as I want quality tenants. We also had time constraints as this was between tenants and I was having carpet replaced as well. Daniel and his crew worked long hours to get the job done quickly, and then sent me photos to see the work, as I live out of state. The job came in under the estimate, so I cannot recommend them highly enough.

ll We've had a number of different trades come thru our house this past year due to our remodel, and I will have to say, it was refreshing to work with a company that is truly professional, honest, follows thru and high-quality. Daniel picks up the phone when I called - or returned my voicemail fairly promptly. He directed his crew on the scope of the project so they were clear on what they were working on. He was also very understanding of our budget situation and was able to offer ideas on how to cut costs with the overall project vs. talk us into things we did not want to do . In the end, Innovation Painting delivered on what they were scoped to do, at the price that was estimated, and to top it off, they did a great job. I will be working with them in the future and hope you will too!

I bought the $2000.00 package for exterior painting. They were quick with responding and getting my service scheduled. The painters arrived on time and were professional. The only reason that I gave the B in the quality section is because for some reason they did not paint the trim along the top of the house. As soon as I contacted them, they scheduled a time to come out and fix it. The house looks great and I would use them again.

I needed to get the work done on short notice and Daniel was able to accommodate my schedule. His team was punctual and did a good job with the painting. I would absolutely use call them again when I need any painting done.

Daniel was very responsive, coming to our house as agreed to provide an estimate. We were happy with the estimate and arranged to have the work done. The workers were on time and very professional. They even worked over the weekend until dusk to get the job done. What we really liked was that when it rained and/or the house got wet due to our sprinklers, Daniel would not paint. He knew that if he painted over damp material, the paint would eventually bubble. That demonstrated to us that he really cared about his work. The house and shed now look terrific. We're very happy with the job done.

Daniel was extremely responsive to my first call for service. He contacted me within an hour and set up a date for the work to be done. On the day the work was done unfortunately his team went to the wrong location, so an hour after they were supped to arrive I called to check in. Daniel immediately identified the problem, set a new time to come out (that same day) and promised to come do the job himself. Once Daniel and his team arrived, they set to work right away. They worked quickly and did a quality job. Daniel also did a good job of clarifying with me the work to be done and discussed with me the different options I had for what they could do in the one day period I had purchased a coupon for.

We hired Daniel to do interior painting at our new home. Given that we have some additional remodeling work, Daniel worked with us to break up the job to conduct an initial round of painting on the unaffected areas. Daniel and his crew delivered amazing results. They were timely, professional, courteous, and efficient. Daniel worked tirelessly to make sure that we were satisfied and coordinated with us to timely finish the initial phase of our project. We cannot wait to work with you again, Daniel.

It was a great experience and they were good. They gave me an accurate quote, they showed up on time, they were very clean and cleaned up afterwards. The quality of their work was good for the price.

Daniel called me within one hour of receiving my voicemail and was at my door to give me an estimate that same afternoon. We started work 2 days later. Daniel and his team were extremely professional and responsive. Even a week later, I called him for a touch up on a few spots that were missed in the bathroom, he happily came back to make the touch ups I pointed out, as well as a few spots I didn't see myself. Most contractors take your money and you never hear form them again. So for him to come back a week later to make me happy about the work, was a big deal. The price did feel a little steep to me, but it was about 6 guys from 830am to 530pm with a tiny lunch break. I would happily pay that again because the experience was very smooth and painless - unlike other contracting experiences I've had. Daniel is a straight shooter and does good work. I would hire him again for future work as well as recommend him to others.

Arrived on time, totally responsive to what I needed done, worked very hard all day with quality results. Suggested solutions to challenging sun damage. I plan to use Daniel and his team for further work.

Daniel is exceedingly pleasant to work with. When we showed him a couple of places that we felt needed to be repainted, he came right back & made the changes we asked for. He was punctual, pleasant, and fair in his prices. We plan to use him again for additional work next month.

Very knowledgeable about various types of paint. Uses a high grade products. Very thorough applying primer and 2 coats of selected color. Because of the age of the walls, mudding and sanding was required to create a uniform surface. Daniel was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. Excellent technique and clean up was thorough.

From the start, Daniel was the most helpful and responsive contractor I encountered. When I told him how urgent the project was because we we were going abroad for a few weeks, he made the effort to come around and give us an estimate. To move the project along, he started work the day we received the keys and sacrificed his weekend to start the muddling process. One of Daniels's team members, Felipe, was so hardworking and efficient. He worked tirelessly and helped to coordinate the different tasks while we were away and Daniel was not around. They were also patient when we made some last minute changes and required extra help to remove closet fixtures or clear junk. They were always cheerful and friendly. We think Daniel himself has set a good example for this team members. Daniel and his team have really impressed us, and we felt that they delivered on what we paid for. The smooth, flawless walls and immaculate painting are testament to the quality of work that Daniel and his team produces. We have received countless compliments about the painting and crown molding, and will be proud to pass on Daniel's contact details to anyone who needs painting work done.

They sent someone to take a look at what I needed done. I needed a door replaced, but the person who came out was not licensed to do that kind of work. I appreciated how up front they were, and they were punctual and responsive.

Daniel and his team at Innovation Painting were professional in every sense of the word. For one, they showed up every day promptly and explained what they were going to do and approximately how long it would take. The crew fluctuated from a single person to four people depending on the day's activities. They were extremely knowledgeable not only about painting, but also construction issues. In the process of this job, they fixed several areas of long-standing concern with several areas of the exterior of the home that no other provider knew how address. It's been six months since the work was completed, and we still marvel at their workmanship. Usually with painting, you later detect spots that were not coated. Not Innovation, they covered every inch of the house with several coats of quality paint. So, if you want a job done right the first time, and not have to hassle with begging a provider to come back and fix things, then Innovation should be on your list of house painters. I'll be calling them in for internal painting in the near future!

We are moving out of our renting property, and need a contractor to evaluate our kitchen cabinet because of the grease on it. Many contractors didn't want to come to do the estimate. Some asked how big is the kitchen, and some even asked if I am willing to spend $5,000 to $6,000 on the project, and if not, they will not come. Daniel came and gave me an objective and free evaluation. He said the cabinet is in very good shape, and I only need to use ecological soap to clean the grease. This assured me very much. He gave reasonable price to clean and repaint the kitchen ceiling. He also gave me suggestions and very reasonable price for fixing the scratches on the hardwood floor in one bedroom. He explained the fixing steps very patiently.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They responded to my initial Angie's List request quickly with a note that they would call me, then they never did. I called and left two messages before I heard back from them to arrange a time for them to come and look at my house. Daniel arrived at my house almost fifteen minutes late, with no phone call in advance to let me know he was running late. When I opened my front door, he said he was parked blocking one of my neighbor's driveway and was in a hurry. Definitely not a good first impression. He hurried me through the tour of my house and yard and did not seem open to my asking him questions. When he left he said he would be in touch with me with a bid for my job. It is now three weeks later and I never heard from Daniel or Innovation Painting again. I recommend avoiding this company.

I'm not going to be able to go down the list but I'd say over all Innovation Painting were good. They were punctual, he was on time and he performed the work that he said he was going to do. They did a good job. He was personable and on time.

Went well. Paint was applied over the wrong type of primer (I put on a water based primer, and should have used oil base), but Daniel put two good coats over my primer and the results were exactly as expected. Happy with the work, the job and the services of Innovation Painting. Would use them again, and asked Daniel to quote a larger job for me as well.

Daniel's team did a fabulous job with my painting project. I could not be happier with the quality of work. I should start by saying I interviewed over 8 painters before selecting Daniel. I chose Daniel because (1) he was very thorough in his initial visit, taking the time to help me evaluate the pro's and con's of various wall fixing approaches (to re-mud/float a wall or not, etc), and (2) he gave me a very fair price for the work. Daniel and his crew arrived exactly as scheduled on the day we started. They completed the work as planned, and were very open to accommodating my change requests as the project proceeded. They even came in on a Saturday to finish some work that got pushed out due to some extra work I asked them to do. The walls they re-mudded look fabulous (like walls in a new home) and the painting throughout the home is perfect. I am very detail oriented, and Daniel was very patient with me as I analyzed, changed, and then re-analyzed things. I will definitely use Daniel again for any painting needs I have.
