A well rated place we had called in the past couldn't help until late the following morning. I called Hamzeh, who said his first appointment was Tuesday. But when I explained that we had to shut off the water, he was at our house an hour later. He quickly swapped out both shut off valves under the sink, diagnosed our faucet troubles, and fixed the faucet by replacing some internal pieces. He did such a good and fast job, we also had him swap out the ancient valve to our toilet, and he noticed a crack in the toilet base we hadn't even been aware of. I was thrilled that he was willing to come out to help us late on a Saturday afternoon, and he did a good, fast job. He was friendly and did a great job at explaining everything, and laying out all of our options and how much they would cost. For example, after he installed the new shut off valves under the sink, he could have turned the water back on and he could have left. But he diagnosed the sink problem, asked if we wanted it fixed for one price (and explained exactly what he would be fixing), removed for another price, or just left alone. I don't know much about plumbing pricing, but his quotes seemed reasonable to us, and he didn't quote any extra for the emergency service. Overall, I was very happy and felt that he was very trustworthy and knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling him again the next time something goes wrong!
