Lisa and George truly provided excellent service and gave me excellent advice and guidance. I needed to recover the bench seats with a laminate or waterproof material for an eating area we use the most in our house. I was picky about the color and also the quality of the fabrication. I wanted a very professional look and a very practical solution for heavy use. Lisa gave me great direction for the cover material choice. She allowed me to take the sample book home so I could compare the colors with the original fabric. She added a custom made welt from the leftover original fabric I had which made the whole job look like the "Original Plan" for the nook, not a substitute. George came to our house to install the benches. He made sure everything fit together perfectly. He was on time and organized and quick to get the job done. The seats are very comfortable. Gallery 33 did the actual fabrication (sewing) in their business location. They did not send it out. This was important to me. I did not want a cheaper price, then possibilities of sending the benches back for re-doing, refitting, more waiting, etc. I highly recommend their business if you want High Quality, Great Service, and a Great Price for what you are getting.

It was okay. It was nice and it seemed to be good. It's holding up well.

Very smooth transaction. I could look at as many fabrics as I needed for as long as I wanted. The chairs were picked up on time, and delivered on time.

I made a request that the zipper be placed at the bottom instead of the top. They did that and hid it so it doesn't show. I went to the shop to get an estimate, and because I had the cushion with me, I was able to pick out the fabric that day and get a firm price. That was a Friday and they delivered the finished product on the next Monday. I was very impressed with the service and the quality of the work.

I had Gallery 33 reupholster my grandmother's old chair. I was very happy with them every step of the way. The sales people were very friendly every time I went in even though I was being very indecisive. They have a wide selection of fabrics and I was able to find something perfect even though I'm very picky and a cheapskate too. When I finally made the decision to bite the bullet and do it the price was good and the chair looks fantastic. Just generally a very good experience.
