Description of Work: They cannot fix my doors. I have been trying to get 4 seasons to fix them for 18 months, the room is 18 months old. Their work is not very good finish work, their fits are terrible. I am trying to get enough people to start a class action suit against them. |You will regret ever getting close to them. I have even been dealing with the folks in New York headquarters - NOOO HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Fast and responsive installation and service. They made sure things were done they way I wanted them to be, even when that meant doing things they dont normally do. Awesome contractor!

+ -1 moreWe had some engineering problems with this project, which caused us to have some permit issues, but they were very helpful. This was a pretty big project and they did a very good job.
Description of Work: I purchased a 350 square foot sunroom to be added onto the back of my house. It was pre-built, so they just had to install it for me.

+ -1 moreI had an excellent experience with this company and I thought they brought a lot of good ideas with them. They have good craftsmanship and did a good job building the room. I have been told it looks like a $50,000 edition and it only cost about $10,000. They have an outstanding price and I will recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreBAY AREA SUNROOMS ONLY INSTALLS SUNROOMS, SO THEY HAVE THE PROCESS STREAMLINED TO A FORMULA. WHEN OUR ORIGINAL PLAN PROVED TO EXCEED CITY CODE PARAMETERS, THEY MODIFIED IT PROMPTLY. SHORTLY AFTER INSTALLATION, WE HAD A LEAK, AND THEY CAME OUT AND REPAIRED IT WITHIN A DAY OR SO. MY ONLY QUALM: THE LEISURELY PACE AT WHICH THEY WORKED. THE SUNROOM WAS COMPLETED MONTHS AFTER WE HAD ORIGINALLY HOPED TO USE IT.
Description of Work: WE WANTED TO CONVERT PART OF OUR BACKYARD PATIO TO A SUNROOM/FAMILY ROOM THAT WE COULD USE YEAR-ROUND.
