Description of Work: They did the deck at my house as well as the decks at my rental properties. They resurfaced the decks. They power washed first and then put on the surface that matched the other colors. They did a good job.

Description of Work: We highly recommend this company. They told us exactly what to expect and didn't disappoint. Where others said they couldn't protect existing annuals close to the deck, Envirotech left them unharmed. The finishing touches with deck furniture were much appreciated.

At first this company said they didn't do work in the East Bay but agreed to come by and give me an estimate. Their representative was prompt and professional. They did what they said they would do.
Description of Work: Work involved light sanding, power washing, and staining/sealing of two decks and some related staircases.

+ -1 moreThe work was done over the course of a week. Everything done on time, all workers were friendly and considerate. The final product is attractive and neat. Seems to be a very efficient operation. Price seems very reasonable. When I asked for a one-year guarantee (after the job was completed, i.e. when I no longer had any leverage), Sammy Alfadel, the manager gave us a three-year guarantee, i.e. great customer service.
Description of Work: Second story deck was leaking into kitchen, needed resurfacing. They caulked the splitting areas, cleaned the surface, then on succeeding days, poured three layers of new membrane surfacing.

+ 0 moreENVIROTEK WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY INQUIRY. THEY RETURNED MY PHONE MESSAGE PROMPTLY AND ARRANGED TO COME TO THE HOUSE SOON AFTER. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED AND COMPLETED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AND THE RESULTS WERE EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: CLEANED THE DECK AND POWERWASHED IT. STRIPPED DECK OF OLD STAIN. APPLIED TWO COATS OF OIL. DECK IS APPROXIMATELY 30'X 20' WITH STAIRS AND A RAILING.
