Their pricing was good. He has a good attitude. He is conscientious. Everything about them is good. They are top quality. They are professional and friendly. The guy is so busy that I don't know if he could even take more clients right away. He is in such demand. He is terrific. They are going to do some more fencing for me. I would use them again in the future.

I called and left a message for Sammy, expressing interest in having his company repeat deck treatment. He called back within 5 minutes, remembered the job from four years ago, and gave a quote later in the day after consulting his records. He and his crew of two arrived within one minute of their appointment and proceeded to powerwash and clean both decks. They returned two days later to sand and seal the decks. This company did a first-rate job. The owner is very professional and I would have no hesitation recommending them and using them again in the future.

They owner was very, very good. He did a very good job and was very honest. I would recommend him. It was a fair estimate and he did a good job. The owner actually did the work. I did have to call him a couple of times and he said that he didn't get the messages.

They were really great. They sanded off and resealed it, and it looks brand new. For what they did, the price was reasonable. They resurfaced it the way you would resurface floors in a house. they were great to work with.

They did a very nice job. Best ever power washing of our patio brick.

Sammy is professional and knowledgeable. Staining is their specialty, so not only are they efficient but the workmanship is great.

Sammy was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came to do the quotation. His price was reasonable. He recommended sanding, which another contractor who quoted for us left out (and apparently wanted to avoid). I agreed with Sammy's reasoning and was willing to pay a little extra for the sanding, but his price was better apples to apples. He also took on an additional piece of work (refinishing some external wooden doors) for a a very reasonable price. The work was done while we were away on a summer vacation. There was one workman. He was just finishing up as we got home. He did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything before he left. We had to wait a week before using the deck, but this is normal. We were very pleased with the work, start to finish. The deck is gorgeous now.

Envirotek was punctional, professional and very easy to work with. Most importantly they exceeded our every expectation. They quoted us to do the deck and retaining wall. What they did was to look around our entire yard and found every wood object, wall etc. and cleaned and protected it. I never expected they would do so much more!

They were on time and worked all day. It took a few days as they had to set the posts in concrete and let wood dry out after power washing. I had absolutely no problems with them. Sammy was there every day and let me know every thing that they did, every step of the way. All workers were very nice and always respectful.

Sammy showed up on time to provide with a thorough estimate on a Sunday. He reviewed the areas, made recommendations regarding stain (Messmers vs. the Penofin we used when the deck was first built). His team arrived a few days later, about 15 minutes early for day one of two days of cleaning. Carlos was incredibly professional and thorough, ensuring that the entire garden area was covered with tarps prior to any cleaning. They worked quickly and efficiently, completing the power washing in less than four hours. They returned two days later as promised, again about 15 minutes early which was great. Redraped the garden to protect it from any stain dripping. Did a very thorough job, including tightening deck screws prior to staining. The front decks look terrific and the side decking looks brand new. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and were very thorough.

Excellent service. Contractor was very responsive, very professional, and did what they said they would do. The final product was excellent. Would definitely use again.

I only contacted companies with an Angie's List 'A' rating. Envirotek was at the very top of the list in all categories. Word of warning--Angie's List immediately said this company does not service my area even though company details say they cover parts of Santa Clara County. I called anyway, thank goodness, and Sammy called me back promptly. We scheduled an appointment right away and were given an estimate at that time. Sammy brought his calendar and work was scheduled for two weeks in the future. We originally contracted only for the large deck and benches but pretty quickly added another smaller deck. Two workers began on a Monday and returned on Wednesday, finishing up by 12:30 p.m. OUR DECKS LOOK GREAT!!! We have a gazebo to be cleaned and refinished also but we first need to replace a few boards. Then we will definitely call EnviroTek Restoration again.

The owner is prompt, courteous, and cares about his work. I was very pleased with the job and cannot recommend them more highly. The deck and the furniture have new lives and we are excited to use them in the Summer! Note that the price we paid was actually $100 less than the estimate because we had a coupon from a mailer for 10% off.

Sammy returned my call right away and came by the same day to give an estimate. He was polite and knowledgeable, and his quote was reasonable. He scheduled the work for two weeks later and the work was done on those days. The 2-man crew was friendly and neat. The work is not perfect; for instance, between the slates you can see a few spots where they didn't stain, but very good overall and a huge improvement.

These guys are great! I researched a few other contractors and I'm really happy I choose these guys. Sammy was very responsive, kind, honest, and informative. Sammy came and gave me a free estimate and before buying this home I had never owned a deck. He was extremely helpful and provided a history/education about decks, made suggestions base on our situation, and provided a fare estimate. The one thing I really appreciated in addition to the quality of their work was Sammy's responsiveness and punctuality. Definitely give these guys a chance to earn your business. You'll be happy with their work!

Called Sammy, the owner, and he personally came out and examined our deck. He really knew his decks (was able to grade the quality of the work and 'age' our deck). After giving us a very excellent quote (with 10% coupon in mailer), he scheduled us for two weeks later. He brought a crew of three people that initially powerwashed the deck, then hammered in all the nails, and then sanded it. We have a deck with a trellis and he was able to make that all clean too! Two days later he came to paint the deck. It looked absolutely fabulous. Couldn't be happier with the work. The only downside? His earliest appointment was two weeks from the quote. I guess you're busy when you're good.

The job was done very well and they worked hard and got finished very fast. I would recommend them to my friends. I thought the price was a little bit high but it was worth every penny I spent.

Sammy (the owner) arrived on time for the estimate, which he emailed to me. The job was done over two days - the first day to power-wash, and two days later to sand and stain the deck. The workers moved all of the furniture, barbecue, etc, and left no mess. I'd say they surpassed my expectations, and I'm very happy with the results. My only concern is that Sammy overstated the square-footage of the deck by quite a lot. However, he based the estimate on, literally, his estimate of the amount of work and materials needed, rather than using a per-square-foot charge. The cost was very reasonable.

Sammy was on time on the day of the estimate. He clearly described the process, including the information that it would be a 2 day process. One day would be demolition and power wash. The 2nd day would be the sanding and preservative application. He was clear that it would not be consecutive days. He and his 2 man crew showed up promptly as schedule for the demolition. They completed the task in timely manner, even power washing 4 benches in my yard...that were not part of the original quote. Sammy noted some termite damage in some of the gazebo as it was being cut down. He took some precautionary actions to stop any further damage on the remaining deck. And took time to insure, as best he could, that the salvaged wood from the gazebo was termite free. Due to rainy weather it took 2 reschedules to get 2nd step..sanding and applying perservative..done. But Sammy called each time giving me more than sufficient information and forewarning about the rescheduled plans. Deck looks great!

Very fair price. They offered to match the wood pieces so it looked like new! I received a coupon in a circular for this company.

They did a great job. Sammy the boss was really very pleasant and clear. I felt immediately that he was honest and had integrity. He came right on time. The work was done on time. He had two very friendly workers. They did what they said they would do. The cover flowers and bushes to makes sure nothing fell on them. They sanded it down and replaced a couple of boards that were disintegrating. They sanded it down and restained it. It looks like a new redwood deck and it is 25 years old.

Envirotek has done work for us in the past so we had complete confidence in their ability to bring our dying decks back to life. Over two days, they washed, sanded, repaired (where necessary) and stained decks on two different levels. We didn't even have to move our table, chairs, and pots! They moved them for us. The decks had been neglected for many, many years but they look wonderful now. We are very happy with the company and the results.

Envirotek is one of the best companies we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We've hired many contractors over the years and we usually will encounter some ''challenges.'' From the moment we contacted Sammy Alfadel, owner of the company, they did everything they said they were going to do, did it extremely well, did it on time, and did it for a great price. They arrived on time every day and worked until dark. The worksite was cleaned up every night before they left. Both Sam and Jose, the men who did the work, were polite and professional, and always checked with us if they needed to make any changes. Envirotek is going to clean, sand and stain 2400 sq.ft of deck on the west side of our home. Once that job has been completed, we'll submit a separate report.
