WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, DARCOM REALLY KNOWS HOW TO DELIVER. THEY ARE TRUE TO THEIR WORD WHEN THEY PROMISE TO FOLLOW UP WITH AN ORDER FOR NEW EQUIPMENT, TO UPGRADE OUR SYSTEM, OR PERFORM ROUTINE MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS. THEIR TECHNICIANS ARE HIGHLY SKILLED AND KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. BEST OF ALL, THEY'RE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. DOING BUSINESS WITH DARCOM IS A REAL PLEASURE.
Description of Work: WE HAVE PURCHASED A LARGE NUMBER OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS FROM DARCOM OVER THE YEARS, AND ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY. EACH SYSTEM WAS CUSTOMIZED PRECISELY TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS, AND I CAN ATTEST TO THE TREMENDOUS QUALITY OF THESE COMPUTERS. OUR PEOPLE ARE HAPPY, AND FEEL THEY CAN COMPLETELY DEPEND ON THEIR COMPUTERS TO PERFORM AS DESIRED -- AND TO GET THE MAXIMUM SPEED AND COMPUTING POWER THEY NEED TO GET THEIR JOBS DONE.
