 + 0 moreFANTASTIC! We had to wait a while because of their schedule. Apparent now because of the need and the quality. Berta and family were accommodating, courteous, and professional to the extreme. They showed up early, listened and communicated well, accommodated our last minute requests, and did a better job than we've had in the 7 years we've been here. I would HIGHLY recommend them. My only concern is this will create competition for getting them back next time. LOL. The only reason I rated price at a "B" is that it was about 25% more than my previous person, but I can now justify that based on the experience and quality of the job. So, technically an "A."
Description of Work: We live on the coast, so with the fog and colder temps, there is a lot of build up of spider webs, moss, and general water residue. I have had a regular person in the past that did a great job, but when they retired, I struggled to find a replacement service. This required a power wash of house and surrounding structures (i.e., man cave, fences, gates, driveway) and an interior and exterior cleaning of all the windows, frames, and screens.
