Description of Work: Repair and refinish approx 500 sq.ft. parquet flooring from 1953 era.. Replaced about 25 sq.ft. of 2" x 12" parquet strips. Thoroughly sanded, then prepped for stain. Stained and then 2 coats of clear coating. After drying, it was noticed (very minutely) some swirling from when final sanding in 3 small areas. Pointed out to owner and he said he would take care of it. It was of minor consequence do to new tenant moving in.. Will use them again, but will do an inspection after sanding and before staining.. Thus an A- for quality since they missed double checking the sanding quality.

+ -1 moreWe hired this company for all our wood floors installation. These guys were excellent, hardworking, diligent clean and professional. Mr Mack's quote was fast, comprehensive and appeared to be competitive we kept changing the start date and Rick was extremely accommodating Victor the installer worked from 8 till 5 everyday and had to trouble shoot many problems left to us by a very poor contractor. For example the general contractor put drywall on steps that was about as straight was a dogs back leg Victor had to remove and sort out that little problem! The sanding and staining guys also worked full days and were professional and hardworking Rick and joe were great, guiding us through the process and helping us as we took on the role of general contractor! The floors look amazing. I cannot thank rick enough, not only for the floors but his other advice. I recommend this company without reservation.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS FANTASTIC. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND ACCURATE. WHEN FINISHING THE WORK THERE WAS NO MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. MY FLOORS LOOK GORGEOUS.
