+ -1 moreThese people are waaaaay overpriced. They gave me the big scare about how my hand could blow off if they didn't replace the entire cord to the vacuum. I subsequently spoke to another vacuum repair place and the guy laughed and said he knows the people at AAA and they are really out to overcharge everyone as much as possible. He said they didn't used to be like this but they are now. Communication with them was very bad also.

Description of Work: The appliance re: this review is a Miele Vacuum, which is the second vacuum I have purchased from Jose at AAA Appliance in 20 years. The warantee on my vacuum had just lapsed when it failed the week of Thanksgiving. Jose went to bat for me and asked Miele to replace the part and cover the cost of labor. Since the failure of the vacuum part was not due to owner abuse of the appliance, Jose was able to get Miele to cover the entire cost of the repair. Also, since it was Thanksgiving week , Jose kindly put a temporary part in my vacuum so I would not be without one over the holidays. When the replacement part arrived Jose switched the parts in a few hours. If I ever purchase a new vacuum I would not consider going to any other dealer other than AAA Vacuum.
