Description of Work: They did a great job on tree trimming but really fell down on the job |on lawn maintenance. Owner came out once to walk grounds with me said |that he would return with his crew on assigned day. However, he did not |walk his team through the first time and did not show up on the job at all. |He sent 3 litle boys that barely spoke English and did a horrible job wih |the leaves which they left on the lawn and hillside. He also promised to |remove all yard waste and instead left the refuse for us. When I called the |owner asking for an onsite visit, he said his team already knew what to do |and he was too busy to show them anything. Good-bye after one visit. |I don't like leaving negative reviews but hope to spare other households |the waste of time with this service. Also, Angie's List continues to ask me to review this service so there it is.

+ -1 moreI was happy with them. Initially, I had a great experience with them. I don’t use them now. I wanted landscaping done in the backyard and he basically told me he’s too busy now that he can’t help me. Initially, I thought he was great. He was very attentive but then, it got to a point where I felt like he didn’t care about my business so that’s why I dropped him. The price was good. I caught the guy blowing the blower at my dog. I called them like 5 times before they finally returned my call. I was waiting to get the money together to do the landscaping and when I think by the time I did, he wasn't interested in doing it for me anymore. I actually recommended him to a friend and he had a huge job and he did a beautiful job over there and he's very attentive over there maybe because my friend has money. They were always on time and I could count on them.
Description of Work: Santillan’s Landscape came out to install a yard and lawn for me. They also did monthly maintenance service. They would just blow the lawn and go.

+ 0 moreThey are very fast and really professional. Very good and very responsive. They have competitive prices. They come out once a week. They do everything. We even had them put a fence up one time and they did a great job with that.
