Description of Work: The owner came out to quote tree removal, grinding the stumps and mulching on site. He was polite and confident and the price was great however on the day of the job he pulled a switch. I asked where the stump grinder and chipper were and he said no they weren't doing it. The two guys had to dig out the stump by hand which was in the end better. They hauled away the branches so i didn't get my mulch. So be prepared that the quote will not be what you get.
