I looked at three companies and felt the most comfortable with Eric and found his price to be fair. I wanted an opener that was quiet. Eric researched the maglock and quiet operation gate opener. This means that for the gate to open, the control has to sequence release of the gate lock first and then signal the gate opener. Eric completed the task on time and on budget. We had to have him back about 18 months later to adjust the gate. The gate's weight had caused a drop that left no adjustment possible. The closing plate had to be cut off and rewelded. Eric responded and made the necessary adjustment for the cost of a maintenance call. Eric made very good recommendations as to placement and design of gate. We checked three references and they were all excellent.
