It was great. He was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the service.

It went extremely well. I had an upgrade of my electrical box a while back. There were some holes drilled at my outside wall. Unfortunately, I did neglect to seal them up. Fast forward to 4/5/21, I saw a few bees flying around the holes, so I decided to spray the area. Needless to say, tenths and tenths (probably a lot more) bees came buzzing out of the holes saturating the area. Apparently, they were trying to establish a hive there. I quickly ran into my car and called a big pest company. They could not respond until the following day. This is when I made contact with Pasadena Pest Control and spoke to Sam. He was friendly and professional. He provided me with a quote and advised me that he’ll be at my house within an hour or two. When he was enroute, he texted me and told me he was on his way. When Sam arrived, he assessed the problem and provided me with a plan of action. Shortly thereafter, the problem was solved and only a few stragglers were still flying around. He handled the problem pretty efficient and effectively. I asked him to come back in a few days to re-inspect. Sam came back several days later and no signs of bees around. I was extremely satisfied with the job he did for me. The quality of his work is second to none. That’s why I hired Sam for another job to rat proof my house. A week later he did the job and I was very happy with that job also. The quality of the doors he built for the crawl spaces were of high quality. He took care of every area he said he would. Therefore, I highly recommend Pasadena Pest Control Co. to everyone for all the reasons I stated above and more.
