The plumber was on time and did the work in short order. I would use this company again anytime.

Had an outside faucet that was leaking, getting progressively worse. Called their office and they were able to come out in two days. The original plumber that was scheduled was still on a previous job, so they sent a different guy instead, and he was great. William showed up a few minutes early, fixed the faucet in no time, so I had time left on my 30 minute appointment: he replaced a toilet fill valve and then fixed small drips on two other outside faucets. Very nice and polite and efficient. Only hiccup was that when the bill came, they had the original plumber on the invoice and so I got billed for the job he was working on, not for William's work. As soon as I told them about the error, they fixed it immediately, so everything was fine.

The work was very well done and Todd answered all my questions and explained what was causing the problem and how to mitigate it in the future. When he was finished, I show him some of the other issues I have in the bathrooms and he explained the different options to me. I found Todd to be very knowledgeable and courteous. I think Todd will be my regular plumber from now on.

I contacted several plumbers and Merry was the only one that responded and was available immediately-- in fact, I left work early to meet them and they came, assessed the situation, and were finished before I even got home! The service person explained the issue to me in plain English and with no condescension (as a woman this is REALLY important to me!) and actually recommended a less expensive alternative. I appreciated their work and customer service so much, I would definitely call them again if I need plumbing assistance in the future.

A previous plumber told me the faucet needs to be replaced. When Merry Plumbing came out, he said the system was fine and nothing needed to be replaced and it was just a clog backing up. He was in and out in 20 minutes. I also had him look at a wobbly kitchen faucet which I was told was actually corroded and needed to be replaced. I asked if I could buy the unit and just have him install it, and he was perfectly fine with it. Overall, I find the pricing to be on the high side, $90 for house call plus time spent (from what I gathered was $1 per minute) and whatever cost of materials. But he was honest and didn't replace what was not broken although I wouldn't have known one way or another. So for that, I think it was worth it. I may pay more up front, at least I won't have to worry about that running up the bill.

The heater and the installation altogether cost about $1900. It was very good. I assume the price was about typical. The quality was very good. They were very responsive. They were punctual and on time. They were very professional. We would use them again in future. We have used them for many years. The work was very good. It was very satisfactory. It was just one worker and he was very professional. We have lived here for 45 years and we have used them ever since we moved in.

When I called the office, April was very courteous and helpful and scheduled an appt. for me right away. The plumber (Justin) that came to my house was very professional and courteous. He completed the work in a timely matter and cleaned the area very well. He disposed of all material and trash.

I think they were very good and professional. I have used Merry Plumbing for other services in the past and have always been pleased. I find them to be honest, informative, and like they don't try to sell me something I don't need. I highly recommend them to others.

He did an excellent job, informing us that our gravity heat is thermostat needed replacing, but that gravity heat is going the way of the dinosaur. He brought a similar thermostat and installed it, testing it and setting it to right temp. We were very pleased.

Merry was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Juan was great. Have had them out several times.

I have already given all the important information. When I find my last two bills from Merry Plumbers I will send the exact date. I am sending the approximate date.

They charged us $550 for the water heater installation along with the expansion tank. I really liked their service. They were on time. Their service was very good. The owner, Jim, was very nice to talk to. He addressed our problems right away. They have a very impressive service. The only reason why we went with them is because they were the ones who installed it previously. We still have warranty with them.

Called Merry service number late afternoon and they scheduled an appointment for next am which they confirmed early that am. John Garcia arrived on time and attempted for over 90 minutes to get the waste pipe unblocked, first with rotating blades on a snake and then with a rotating whip. Neither method worked as the blockage was an accumulation of tp in a bend apparently. He recommended hydrojetting and returned an hour later with that equipment. After about 45 minutes of water work the pipe was unblocked and things have been flowing fine since then. His price to me for the hydrojetting included the ninety plus minutes for the other attempts so it was all-in for a full morning 's work. Selected Merry from Angie's List and also because I recalled a work colleague who had used the company successfully in the past.

I normally do all of my own plumbing jobs around the house to fix leaky faucets and such. But my shower set was from a company that had gone out of business and I couldn't find the correct part to fix it. Mark came out promptly, showed me how to disassemble the faucet, and helped me order the part which is supposed to take 2-3 weeks to deliver. He said he'd come out after the part arrived to install it, but also showed me how to do it myself if I wanted to. Nice guy!

I had to wait about 4 days for an appointment, which I thought was a lot, but then the water filter, which wasn't in stock and had to be ordered, didn't come on time so the appointment had to be delayed. Unfortunately, then I missed the appointment and had to reschedule. But they were very nice about that and didn't charge me for the missed appointment. The plumber arrived promptly as scheduled. The work took several hours to complete, leading to a steep, but not unexpected or unreasonable, labor charge. The water filter and mount is expensive so it added to the costs. The job was done well and the charges were reasonable for the size of the job. The plumber is pleasant and efficient. I have used this company for years and will continue to do so in the future.

They were prompt and have a good price. They were thorough and got the work done in a timely manner.

We didn't have them come out, because there are plenty of plumbers who will come give you an estimate for free.

Merry Plumbers sent Larry who arrived within the time stated. He had to leave for another job for a bit but he fixed the problem in a lot less time and for a lot less money than I had feared. He was a real problem solver and even lit all the pilot lights for us.
