We were happy with their thoroughness and their information. They came and did the job and it was neat. We were pleased with their service and would call them again. They are going to do more work for us.

All of the guys that I’ve dealt with have been very friendly and helpful. They are pleasant to deal with; I really like them a lot. They always call the day before they come out.

The work done by them went on quite normally. I had to be out of the house for a couple of days. So, I had to give them my house key. I don't recall any problem whatsoever and they did everything professionally. They kept their appointments on time. They explained the procedures and did everything that they said they would do. I didn't see any spiders or other pests for several months. However, the bugs do come back. I wouldn't be able to comment on the price, as I am not sure about the prices that the other companies charge. I didn't have any problems in getting through to them. They were punctual and answered all my questions. Everything was exactly the way they said it would be when I came back from Northern California. They had removed the tents, but the signs were out there to keep people from walking up to the house.

We’ve always had good service with them. The same person has been coming out for four years so we’ve gotten to know him. He calls the day before and he’s a really good serviceman.

Erik is very accommodating. He is very clean, professional and he really cares about every detail. He always closes the gate and he never sprays my vegetables, because obviously we are going to eat them. He does not smash anything and he really takes his time. He removes all the spider webs that he sees or any of the other nests that he sees starting to build, but he never hurts the birds. I really trust Erik when he comes out to my home. He is not cheap, but I always get perfect service, individualized care, and there have never been any mistakes. I get a lot of extra little services from him.

They have been really good about explaining everything to me instead of just doing their work and leaving. I have a contract with them for a year and they have promised that they would not raise the price because the price is very reasonable what I am paying right now. They person who comes out is very friendly, professional and really knows his work very well.

This company told us that they could stop the ants invading our home with monthly spraying outside our house. They said a worker would come by each month to spray and they would send us the bill. We started receiving the bills for the service but there was no notice or contact slip left at our home to let us know when the worker came by. I called the company and told them to have the worker leave a contact slip so that I would know that he had been to the house and had sprayed. The company agreed but the worker only left a contact slip a handful of times. Meanwhile, we had ants begin to return inside our home. I called the company to complain. They told me they would call the worker. The ants would disappear for a period of time. This pattern repeated until we got tired (and suspicious) that this service was taking advantage of this monthly billing arrangement because they really were not accounting for the service they claimed to be offering. I cancelled the service. After doing some research, I learned that ants can be successfully abated without having to spray monthly. My experience with this company is negative because I found them to be unethical.

When I arrived back at home, my neighbor alerted me that they had come by to drop off the bill without actually doing any work. They said that they removed all webs up to 10 feet and sprayed for ants. The bill was for $56, and I called to question them. I regret that this call even had to be placed, and I regret having to judge the entire company by the actions of one, but my trust in this company is now gone. They came back out again to do the work, but I would certainly not hire them again.

I have been using them since 1967 and I like them a lot. I have never had any complaints with them. They are professional and responsive as well.

Failed to let retriever know he was to retrieve, so I had to wait around and then call and wait some more until he retrieved. Came right out to get started but terrible terrible follow through. Second appointment by retriever was completely missed (forgotten??) and two calls to two different managers have resulted in zero responses. There are tons of pest control companies out there - these folks are relying on their past good will.

I have used them for probably over ten years. They are always very reliable, and they have great service. The servicemen are just always very polite. If you do have a problem, they will come back out the same day.

It went great. The technician was professional and helpful. I appreciated that they didn't do the bigger, more expensive procedure first. I don't know the exact price, as the bill went to the property manager.

The exterminator did an adequate job. If I am having a problem between visits he will come again and re-treat for no extra costs, therefore I suggest that you not opt for the more expensive monthly service.

Complete inspection and clear report. The inspector did not try to find problems where there were none. I was pleased with the efficiency and thoroughness of work. It ended up that my original concern was a non-problem and the inspector did not try to make it one!

The representative who came out was good and explained options etc. well. However, we had a another company come out who disagreed with some of the findings. Right or wrong, we agreed with the latter and decided to hire them instead. The cost of the treatment suggested by Western was about a $1000 more and we were concerned that we might be spending money needlessly(not a good thing in this tight economy!). Otherwise, I thought the experience went ok.

I wanted them to access the problem. I made an appointment and they never showed up. I stayed Friday-Tuesday, and they never called.

Everything went as planned. Actual fumigation is subcontracted to Your Way.

They have been good. They are on time clean, good, and helpful.

I liked them so much I signed up for the quarterly maintenance program.

Clyde has been very helpful. Whenever there is a problem, they come out immediately. I once had a problem with rats, and they resolved that problem very quickly. I was very happy with them.

They came on time and they were very quick with their work. They were a little more expensive than some of the other providers I have hired but I felt that it was worth it for the quality of work that I received.

They do what we need them to do. They are reasonable. They are always able to help if we have any problems, that's why we've kept them for so many years. We will continue to use them for future services.

First time went fine. Tried to schedule a second appointment and had a terrible experience. I will not recommend them to anyone.

They cleaned up after themselves. They didn't charge me the full price since they didn't have to do as much as they thought they would. I was very happy with their work.
