Description of Work: I had found indications of termite damage to my home. I had two companies rated "A" from Angies list perform an inspection and provide reports. Drywood termite damage was identified in several areas of the house, and subterranean termite activity was found in the detached garage. The corrective action required was to drill the garage slab and pressure treat the affected areas, and the house required tenting and fumigation. Kelly Robinson was the agent from Western Exterminator Company who we worked with. On the day of the inspection he arrived promptly on time, was very professional and spent approximately an hour inspecting our home. He informed us of his findings with a written recommendation and price quote. A few days later we received a comprehensive report detailing the findings. I contacted their office to schedule the work and it was handled very satisfactorly. Kelly came back out prior to the fumigation to explain the process and provide information on how to prepare our property. Western subcontracts the fumigation work, but there seemed to be good coordination between them. Considering the scope of the work we were very satisfied with the outcome of the project

Description of Work: This company has been my regular monthly exterminator for many years. Lately, I have been questioning whether or not they are actually using the appropriate sprays to remove the pests. When the man came to spray he ran out of spray in the container so he filled it up with water from the outside hose. There may have been some chemicals in the bottom of the spray can, but this did not seem right. Also, I am being charged monthly to have them fill the black bait boxes on the property which they have not been doing. I am now looking for a new company!

Description of Work: I live on a hillside so the rodent problem is ongoing. They've gotten rid of rats in the attic, walls and under the house. They closed up all of the openings. They also come out and check around the house to make sure everything is secure and I haven't had any rodent problems since. They also sprayed for fleas in the carpets.

WHENEVER WE HAVE AN 'EMERGENCY' (LIKE YELLOW JACKET NEST, OR AN ARMY OF ANTS IN THE HOUSE), WESTERN COMES OUT QUICKLY AND ALWAYS IS ABLE TO FIND THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM (ANT NEXT LOCATION. THEY ARE ALWAYS MINDFUL ABOUT SECURING OUR DOG IN THE DOG RUN IF WE'VE FORGOTTEN TO. VERY CONSCIENTIOUS AND COURTEOUS.
