Watters Clean Pool Service and Repair

When Lance arrived to assess my pool and give me an estimate for his weekly service, he was punctual, professional and curteous. He also tested my water and explained the problems I had going on and how he planned to monitor it and make improvements. I was very pleased and impressed that he has made himself available to answer questions anytime by phone. Thank you Angie's List for helping me find him. I highly recommend Lance Watters.

Pool service is an ongoing activity.

Mr. Watters came on a Wednesday to assess the situation. Gave me an estimate and returned the following Friday to perform the job. Mr. Watters made it a point to call me over to the pump and filter area to explain the reason he thought they were not working properly. He was very clear in his explanation. He also let me know that once the filter is opened it would reveal the condition of the filter and filter grids. He made it a point to let me know that if further work was required to fix the filter, he would let me know beforehand. He explained the reason for running this particular pump for the set time, and the reason for having a proper water level. He was very thorough and I liked that he was not in a hurry in his work and explanations. It was a great experience. Mr. Watters professionalism and courtesy are to be commended. I intend to use the services of Watters Clean Pool Service and Repair in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and relatives.

Lance, the owner, came out and did the job and it was great. He explained what he was going to do beforehand and he was true to his estimate. The work was done very, very well and it was done very professionally.

The pool was so bad it needed draining before the algae could be scrubbed away. Lance suggested I contact the local water district and others before he started. Immediately he brought pumps and other tools, performed all the work without supervision - I was at mo old house 45 minutes away. We communicated via text including the final photo of the amazingly sparkling clean pool. The previous pool person had installed part of the filter upside down and had not completely cleaned out the accumulated crud caked into the system.I have agreed to Watters periodic service. So far, I am completely satisfied and will update this report as needed.
