Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of San Marcos, California

They did a great job. The administrative people were great. The technicians who did the work were thorough, professional, polite and cleaned up very well afterwards. The treatment was just as effective as tenting the whole house but more convenient for us and half the cost of tenting.

OK. We didn't have tenting because they told us they could handle it by a complete spot treatment, but we continue to see termite damage. They come out and re-treat when we call because we pay for the annual service plan, but it can take weeks before they come out. Not happy with that. The people who come out to do the work are very nice, however. In hindsight, I would pick another company.

I love this company. I have used other providers before (terminix) and have had nothing but bad experiences. The staff at Truly Nolan are always polite, attentive, and thorough. My service guy even crawled under the house in the dead summer heat just to make sure that our ant problem diddnt come back. They do their best to get to you quickly so I always appreciate that. I renew my service year after year and have even gotten service from them after moving to a new house. Highly recommend.

Very well. For many years Truly Nolen has kept our houses termite free. They respond immediately when we call with a concern and take care of any problems.

We were very impressed with their response time and attentiveness to every detail. We signed up for the year warranty so the second visit was at no charge as would be any other return visits.

The visit was short and sweet! Our Truly Nolen exterminator arrived, checked out the damage and told us that there was no active sign of termites and required no treatment. Honest, prompt and so very cool!

I had called someone else first who took two weeks to get to me just to do the estimate and the estimate was so high that I knew I would have to take out a loan in order to do even their least expensive option.--and I am not in a position right now to take out a loan. I had planned on getting a second estimate so I went into Angie's list right after the first estimate had been completed. I found Truly Nolen and called. They went out of their way to try to fit me in that same day for the estimate. The estimator called early in the afternoon to say he was doing a very large property in Rancho Santa Fe first and was 4 o;clock ok for me? I said yes. He actually arrived 15 minutes early! He not only was prompt but also very thorough and not at all put out by the fact that he had been asked to add one more estimate after an already scheduled full day. He showed me the areas of infestation on a diagram (it looked very similar to the one provided by the other estimator), gave me the price, and then gave me another $100 off for being a senior. we discussed a payment plan and it was agreed that I could pay in 3 payments with no interest.with the first payment due on the day of service. We set the date for May 16th - it could have been a week earlier but I had somethings scheduled and I wanted them out of the way before the termite treatment was done. I signed the contract. The tech was out here today as scheduled on time. He explained each step and assured me that staying in the house during treatment was part of the advantage of this type of treatment. I did run an errand taking my pet with me but there was no smell or undue heat or pressure on my sinuses at any time during the treatment. He also was very professional. I feel very relieved that this has been taken care of.

They always send you a little pamphlet to see how things are going or if you need them for anything. When they come out they stay on schedule and they are very friendly. If they see other things they are knowledgeable about they tell you. The guy gave me a heads up that my gutter was coming away from my house in the back and he didn't have to do that for me. They are very professional and customer service oriented. They are very honest and very professional.
